Decent bubble tea stand in the food court section of the mall. I had the honeydew fruit drink with tapioca pearls. The drink itself was surprisingly good and was like real fresh fruit juice. However the tapioca pearls were way too overly cooked/soft. But regardless I enjoyed my drink and would love to try their other bubble teas.

My mother and I loved to go here after shopping, but after taking 20 minutes, they let a man drink out of my boba, then TAKE IT. Then, when they remade it, they just made a strawberry banana smoothie with honeydew boba and told me TO MY FACE that it was a honeydew boba tea. Last time I checked, the honeydew was not pink. It is very disappointing because this is my favorite to go to, but I will not be coming back.

My husband and I both ordered “Regular” sized bubble teas for $5.49 each and our drinks were then served in the smallest cup of 3 sizes on display. A drink of this size has no business being worth $5 and I thought the cup sizes on display were very misleading. Especially considering the smoothie section has a “small” size! How big is that one?!

There was no one in front of me in line and I ordered two hot beverages. The guy at the counter took a couple orders while the other girl working there stood and looked at him instead of starting on the drinks
After he finished taking the orders for the people after me in line, he asked her to start making drinks and he began working on my two coffees. Even though I wasn’t waiting on any orders to be completed before mine, it took just over 10 minutes, which seems very over-the-top. Vacationing from Washington state with my husband to visit family. The girl at the counter didn’t really greet us at first but I could see she was a bit busy. She took my order and then stated it would be right out. The guy making the drinks then proceeded to make the wrong drink in the wrong size, I then corrected the issue asking if this was a large fruit series, the girl said they would fix it, made the correct drink in the wrong size. The guy making the drink then decided to argue with me about the size I paid for and when I brought out my receipt he continued to argue with me about it. The girl attempted to mediate the issue and apologized. The guy making the drinks then argued with her about the issue. It was not very professional to be honest, he also made the drink order before me wrong too and was trying to argue with the girl and customer over that one as well. The girl was trying too remedy the incorrect orders while getting reprimanded by a co-worker.

Idk what ingredients they use but it’s gross. Not authentic Thai tea, artificial flavors very noticeable. I agree with others, the worst I’ve ever had. Sucks it’s the only boba tea in our area :/ still would not order again yuk
