Ordered a 1/4 keg of Budweiser 3 weeks ago. No calls, no follow up. Went in today and ask if it ever arrived. They said yes and brought out a keg. Charged me for a 1/4 keg and I left. Got home and found that they loaded a 1/6 th of keg of not Budweiser beer. Dissatisfied for so many reasons. They have offered to order again and noted the over charge. We’ll see what happens and I’ll update. Jon reached out to me and offered to refund the keg I picked up, order a new one which came in the next day. They handled the problem very well and would give 5 stars if not for the problem in the first place. However I feel really good about their follow up and service.
