I absolutely love Madee Thai! The food is full of authentic Thai flavor — fresh, delicious, and perfectly seasoned every time. You can really taste the care they put into every dish. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick. My favorites are crispy pork noodle — so good! Great food and friendly staff
Been meaning to try this food truck in my neighborhood for a while, and today was the day. The young woman running the food truck is super friendly, my crispy pork noodles were made fast and very tasty. I could’ve used a few more Thai chilies, I think I’ll ask for those on the side next time. I’m definitely coming back and gonna work my way through the menu. Support your local food trucks!

Delicious! Our family enjoyed the wonton soup, spring rolls, crispy pork noodle and shrimp hor muck. Everything was so flavorful and comforting. We can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!

I got the spring rolls they were so fresh and fantastic with the sauce they give! The basil fried rice was so tasty but too spicy for me. I am no champion to spicy food though! I literally kept eating the bowl because it was so flavorful. Yummy, thank you Ma Dee!
