The food here is absolutely phenomenal — every dish bursting with flavor and served in incredibly generous portions. You truly get more than your money’s worth, which makes the experience even sweeter. Ms. Tina and her team create such a welcoming atmosphere that you feel less like a customer and more like part of the family. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality shine through in every interaction. Wish I took pictures, but they fulfilled my fat back breakfast desires! 2 piece catfish, 2 slices of french toast, 3 eggs with cheese, a bed of grits, and a drink was $20! Everything was simple but done well. Great seasoning on the catfish. Everything was packed nearly to go. There’s so much more I want to try so ya’ll will see me tomorrow.

This was a good neighborhood spot for a hot meal. The service and food were great. We had the fish sandwich and a patty melt. The food was freshly prepared and the portions were generous. The food prices were very reasonable for what we were served. We dined in. There was plenty of street parking. There were no public restrooms though.

We tried a little bit of everything, pork chops, fried catfish, chicken wings, dressing, spicy cabbage, potato salad, mash potatoes, black eye peas, banana pudding, red velvet cake, fries etc….you get what I am saying. The food was delicious, the people were nice and friendly as well. The kitchen was clean. It was nice atmosphere. I meant to take pictures but when the food came out we just started eating .
When they run out of an item they are out for the day. We will be back I must get to try a couple of more items we missed. Good food and good people. Definitely like grandma cooking! My family and I just met up to have lunch here.

Great food that reminded me of family favs…it’s like pulling up a chair in your grandmother’s kitchen. We were comparing dishes to which family members they tasted like lol Everything was excellent! The two women greeting, cooking, and serving were awesome We would all happily go back and were laughing talking and joking about it with other new & regular customers. Highly recommend it you like soul food that tastes, smells and feels like home

Food was Fire!! We’ve had great soul style food all over the south and other parts of the country, this is just as good. Best catfish I’ve ever had in my life.
