While visiting Atlantic’s beach I came here a few times. The line runs through pretty quick when there is a line. I’ve had the kale salad with chicken and their M-burger well done and medium a few times now and I am a fan. Like the burger is really good. Very cute place, restrooms are super clean. The employees are young, super cute, very engaged in what they’re doing. They have outdoor seating. This location is very heavy with traffic one should park where they can and be willing to walk to get there just makes things easier. Or whatever but letting you know. We stayed at nearby hotel, but we walk around here all the time as we use to live in area. Lots to do and see hence the foot traffic.

While in our vacation on Jacksonville, we found this amazing places close by to our resort/beach. We ordered to go and All I can tell you is that everything we ordered was delicious we ordered the Asian burger, the Swamp burger, the Portobello burger and the Insanity burger (it’s huge!!! And good) also we ordered a chicago dog. Not sure which Burger we liked the most but I recommend all. Didn’t try the dog but my husband said it was good. Also we ordered two milkshakes, the strawberry was delicious and the cookies and cream super recomendado lastly, the fries/tots were yummy .

The place is a walk away from neptune beach and the beautiful Atlantic Beach. Places is clean and very customer friendly. We sure will visit again soon.

Freakin’ Fantastic! Swamp Burger with BBQ and coleslaw was phenomenal! Insane burger lived up to its name and was hot and delicious pressed between two very thick grilled cheese sandwiches. Highly recommend this place for burgers, fries and shakes. Flavor is top notch.

The food is okay here. It’s pricy for a burger joint. I had the veggie burger last time which was more like a soggy veggie patty. I couldn’t finish it. I’ve had the meat burgers back when I still ate meat, and it’s all pretty average. There are better choices in that area, but worth a try nonetheless.

M Shack is in the Town Center at Atlantic Beach. We went during the Art Walk, and got in during Happy Hour. Burgers, shakes, wine, and beer for $3 each! The service was great, and so was the food. It was so good, forgot about taking a picture until it was almost gone. Be sure to try the Sweet tots, and get a thick hand-crafted milkshake!

Love Mshack, but this was my first and last trip to the Atlantic Beach location. There was 3 people in my party and ordered simple byo burgers. 2 with American cheese, medium well, with lettuce tomatoes. 1 with no cheese, rare, with extra onion and pickle. Sounds simple.. ? Apparently, this was a very complicated order for the staff and we had toppings that we didn’t even order and the server had to correct, not once, but 2 times and stare at our receipt to verify as to why the cooks messed up. I have 8 yrs of restaurant management experience and the problem obviously lays with the management. The reason I say that is, upon visiting I had noticed a man constantly cleaning the front of house while about 8 teenagers just stood talking, messing up orders and looking at their phones in the back of house. Upon seeing the man engage in conversation with the employees, I realized he was part of leadership. This is evident that the man may be not stern and is too relaxed on these employees. He should be leading and managing the establishment, not worrying if he shows authority that these kids won’t think he’s cool anymore. There were 8 employees that could’ve been taken care of the front and back. A manager was obviously needed as food orders were being returned and the bar was full with NO bartender. Oh did I forget to mention that? NO Bartender on a Saturday. Never again will I go, even if they have $1 PBR for happy hour.

The place was very clean, the staff was very nice and attentive. Menu options are not your standard burger fare, but still have the regular burger and fries on the menu. I chose the bacon cheeseburger that was literally a side of bacon slapped on a 1/4 or maybe less burger. It was very tasty and on a perfectly toasted bun. The onion rings were huge heavily breaded slabs, and very tasty. The biggest issues I had were the size of the burger and the super salty fried pickles. For the price, the burgers should be a little bigger. I was there during peak dinner hour in a resort town during spring break and it was less than half full of patrons. If you’re hungry for a burger, but something different, this is a decent spot. If you’re famished for a big hunk of meat, you might look elsewhere.
