Since the fire and close of Hong Garden I’ve been really wanting a Cantonese go to spot to get some good authentic Chinese food. First off they’ve got dim sum without the drive to the city! Winning.
Love that they have the roasted duck n wonton noodles plus other noodle soups that you’d find in Chinatown. Additionally they also have ginger scallion chicken! Yum
So I ordered some takeaway to take home for dinner and subsequently lunch the next day.
Blown away by the Hong Kong style wontons … if you’ve never had them try ‘em you’ll never want the ones with the thick wrappers again. Ordered them with the roasted duck noodles as well as the aforementioned chicken. Also got some braised beef while that was not my favorite given it was more of the glutinous tendon n the not so edible skin. That was so deflating. Was also really hoping for a lot more flavor in the soup base but hey can’t win them all. I’m already ready for my next trip there. It’s close to work but sadly not close to home else I’d be there probably weekly.

This place is special to me because we have a semi-new family tradition to eat Peking duck on my birthday. So for the past few years we’ve been getting our duck from here!

The skin is always crispy, and the meat is tender. One of the best Peking duck I’ve had! Please never change your recipe! Only thing I’d change is that I don’t like the thick buns. I guess it’s to make “sandwiches”, but it’s not classic for Peking duck. The thinner “crepe-like” rolls are better.

Don’t waste your time or money on this place. I ordered General Tso’s Tofu and my husband got Chengdu Spicy Chicken. It’s honestly hard to say which dish was worse. The sauce in the tofu dish was gelatinous and tasted like vinegar. The breading on the tofu fell off as I attempted to eat it. The chicken was slimy, fatty and not battered as described. It also was not white meat as the menu indicated.
Both dishes were too disgusting to eat. We will never go back nor recommend it.

Great place and friendly staff! The food was very good, and the menu is huge! Lots of options, and everything is great. I ordered mainly from the dim sum menu. The chicken feet was interesting and good. And we got one of the dumplings, and they were great. Overall, very good food and I think they’re more authentic in general.

I often have dim sum (always the best), but decided on dinner to celebrate Chinese New Year. We were offered many menu options and chefs specials including a CNY prefix (alot of food for a good price feeding 4-6). With only 3 of us, I selected their chef special, whole steamed fish (branzino) with ginger & scallions. Oh my goodness, the branzino brought me back to my happy childhood memories of my parents making this dish. The fish is super fresh and a healthy size. I enjoyed every bite with my bowl of rice I soaked with the delicious, tasty ginger/scallion sauce. I highly recommend their specials. I might be a bit biased with the fish. Thank you for helping me recall such a special memory.

We really like it here! We highly recommend the scallion pancakes and the hot and sour soup for dim sum! M & M Dim Sum always gives generous portions that can last a good two meals and this restaurant is comparable to the restaurants in Chinatown in Philly. Highly recommend!

Super chill place!

Food was great!!
Salt & pepper squid tentacles were crunchy & flavorful, love the jalapeños fried in to the mix!
Chive dumplings – great flavor, a touch too pan fried
Pork soup dumplings – delish! Great tasting and packed with meat & flavor
Chef special dumplings – super tasty, a bit too crunchy on the outside
Beef chow fun – very loose, needed a bit more flavor
Scallion pancake – tasty!

Chili oil was on point, dumpling sauce tasty with the vinegar & ginger

What a pleasure to dine at M&M!
Their food is truly sensational. Alot of care goes into this family business and it shows in every bite. Establishment is clean and staff are spot on. Hands down the best duck in the business. Many places claim to be authentic, or call themselves a “duck house.”
M & M is the best of Hong Kong, right here state side. No more trips to NYC or Philly, the chef/ owner is a true artist. Thank you for another wonderful, classy dining experience.

The service is excellent. Never a long wait for anything and the food was piping hot! Highlights were the spring rolls and the duck sandwiches. Very simple, but just delicious! The shrimp shumai was pretty good; not exactly what I was expecting but still good. I was not a fan of the pork dumplings which were much larger than expected (I assume to share) and had onions inside. Overall, a very enjoyable brunch!
