If you love a good kopitiam, this place is a must. The kopi is excellent, and also best match with their specialty roti kahwin — the kaya is homemade daily , and is smooth and with a beautifully rich flavour just perfectly balanced. You can tell it’s made with real effort. They’re also super generous with the kaya and butter, which makes every bite so satisfying.
Don’t skip the laksa and mee siam too— both are packed with flavour and incredibly satisfying. Highly recommended this place and I’ll happily return to again and again to explore more of their food.

M Kopi Tiam is one of the best places to have breakfast—it’s our go-to spot in the mornings. The food is consistently very nice, with classic local flavors that hit the spot. I especially love the crackers with salted butter and kaya—simple yet so satisfying.
Service is okay and quite fast, which is great, especially during busy hours. Cleanliness is decent, and although the place is always full of customers, the staff manage the crowd efficiently.

My absolute favourite spot for breakfast and lunch! Everything hits the spot here The mee hoon siam is flavourful with just the right balance, and the kolok kueh tiaw daging hitam is rich, fragrant, and super satisfying. Must order the kaya butter toast — their homemade kaya is smooth, not overly sweet, and pairs perfectly with the butter . For drinks, the m ko kopi peng is a must, strong and refreshing. Fast service too, which makes it even better. Definitely a place I’ll always coming back to!

Favourite, favourite spot to have breakfast! You can’t go wrong with anything you order because everything tastes amazing! Kudos to the team who always makes us feel welcomed in each visit.
