Lynn’s is the perfect stop if you are hungry, in a hurry and don’t want junk food. The house-made spring and salad rolls are the perfect starters, the pho and broth bowls are perfect for cold days, and the rice and vermicelli dishes – vegetarian, fish, prawn, chicken, pork and beef – are tasty and filling. Prices are heart-warming too!

The menu advertises tendon and flank, on Google maps menu —neither exists. Apparently they also do not serve tripe and these are the best cuts of meat when ordering traditional Vietnamese Phô. What actually arrived was two beef balls, sliced into quarters, apparently to give the illusion of substance. At that point, the menu is pure fiction. We ordered two orders of deep fried wanton but they gave us two wanton soups

I came here for the first time this afternoon for some lunch after visiting my uncle in Osprey Court, and it did not disappoint. Tasty broth, all the fixings like sprouts/cilantro, plus all the extra condiments and spices were right there. I had the beef ball pho, and it was a very flavourful broth, and beef balls aplenty! I added the spicy satay sauce to level it up and boy, did it! Will come here again the next time I’m out that way!

I ordered vegetarian egg rolls, spicy tofu pad Thai, and a soda for about $32 after tax and tip.
Everything tasted really good.
I would definitely come here again for another meal.

We ordered delivery from Lynn’s last week and it was truly inedible. We got the pad thai and a beef noodle dish and it was under-seasoned, plain and wet, like a stir fry I made as a college student. I am sorry to be negative but we could not eat it and threw it out. Not sure if they’ve had a change of staff etc. but it was not good.

Ordered the grilled pork vermicelli and it was excellent. The portion of pork was very generous. We ordered the wonton soup by accident and it was delicious as well, lots of wontons and crunchy fresh vegetables

Amazing service most reasonably priced place with impressive macros. the egg noodle wonton add rare beef comes with sprouts tell them to make it spicy . 2 people or 1 gym bro can eat that much food and it’s whole foods.

the female server made couple mistakes on taking pick up order and blamed us. I do not tolerate such behavior.
the manager was nice but the server is taking advantage of her kindness.

Fast, fresh and open on Sunday! Had a great bowl of #51, beef with spring rolls and rice noodles. Service was pleasantly nice. Very reasonably priced. Resraunt has a nice ambiance to it. Will be going back for sure! You can eat in or take out.
