Lynn’s Place is exactly what you’d expect from a small mountain town diner. The food was absolutely delicious, the restaurant was clean, homey feeling, and the service was great. The family atmosphere is real, and its very refreshing to have service with genuine smile and someone who is very polite. All of the staff we dealt with were very friendly and they always made sure we were taken care of. Hats off to Lynn’s for putting nice hunks of bacon on the bacon cheeseburger and not just some super thin undercooked bacon. The corn nuggets are highly recommended as they are very hard to find at the right consistency but Lynn’s nailed it. Highly recommend !

Nothing better to eat in a place owned by locals. I met Lynn and she is very kind and makes sure the food and the atmosphere in the restaurant is great. The food was very tasty and service very kind. Imi will come back next time I am in the area.

Excellent food and dessert, fried cheesecake with ice cream was really good. The regular fries were so-so but the sweet potato fries were excellent.

Great restaurant in Robbinsville. The fish is local and fresh. The staff are amicable and very knowledgeable of the sights and roads of the surrounding area. Best place in town!

Came on a Saturday night… they seemed somewhat busy… we waited over 40 minutes for our food. While our server was sweet, no one check on us at all during the wait. I waved her down to ask how much longer the food would be, after asking, the food immediately came out, however, the dragon slayer chicken and grilled cordon-bleu were both extremely dry. Food tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp for at least 20 minutes.
They were very apologetic about the wait. Usually when there’s issues, establishments offer a few dollars off or maybe even no charge for dessert but that didn’t happen.
I understand things happen but the experience was disappointing overall.
The fried cheesecake was the highlight of the night.

The restaurant was pretty much the only one in Robbinsville. I’d eaten there before on a motorcycle ride with a friend to the Tail of the Dragon. It was much better the first time. We got there about 1 1/2 hours before closing and the waitress came over and instead of greeting us she said it’s going to be a long wait because we’ve only got 2 cooks and we’re behind. Bad first impression. We said we were okay waiting and she got a couple of menus. We got a chicken dish that was really good and unique. The meal was good and another waitress who was very nice saved the night. Typical small town atmosphere where everyone knew each other. Robinsville is a boring town. One shop and just nothing to do. Not your typical mountain town.

My friend and I ate dinner here during our weekend motorcycle trip in Robbinsville. The restaurant is clean and booth seating was comfortable. Parking is easy in the lot just downhill. The servers and waitstaff were very kind and attentive. We split the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and they were hot and crispy. I ordered the shrimp fettuccini and was pleasantly surprised with several plump, well-seared, well-seasoned shrimp on top of a big bowl of creamy pasta! I didn’t expect shrimp this good in the Smoky Mountains, and I know good shrimp since I live in Savannah, GA. We both split the cheesecake for dessert which was nicely presented and tasty. Don’t overlook Lynn’s Place for a nice, casual, yet really tasty meal and excellent service!
