The service was pleasant, the interior was nicely designed, and it was quiet, but not uptight-feeling. These enjoyable factors really made me wish I enjoyed the coffee more.
I got a Maple Frappe. It was notably different from your average frappe, in that they don’t taste nearly as sweet as a normal one. Not my preference in a frappe, but I’m sure some people prefer it that way.
My main problem was that they were simply not blended very well. Most of what was in the cup was kind of just ice that didn’t blend with the coffee that you can’t really drink. You can wait for it to melt, but by then it just tastes watered down.
I would come here again to try a different type of coffee, but I wouldn’t recommend getting a Frappe.

The coffee shop was great! The ladies were top knoch. A friend invited me to meete there and we enjoyed it. He had been there, and said he’s always had great service. He didn’t lie. I have friends who live in VA Beach, and I may invite them to meet me there and have coffee and breakfast.

Cute and cozy coffee shop. Good place to pop into for a quick coffee and breakfast. I had a cold brew coffee that tasted okay, but had too much half and half added for my liking. The lox bagel was alright, nothing spectacular. The service was not very friendly.

Such a cute and delicious local coffee shop! Very cool vibe here! The staff were very nice and they all seemed to all work well together! Very clean and tidy, the bathrooms were also very clean! I love all the plants and natural vibe here, even the music was fun. There’s also a large variety of food, coffee and smoothies to choose from! I will definitely be back again!

So great coffee and amazing food. The Lax was probably the best thing we ate during our trip to Va Beach. The coffee was great as well, and the staff was friendly. Seems a great place to sit and have a coffee while getting some work done

Feels like a local coffee shop. Smells fantastic when you walk in. I’m a plain black coffee guy. Have tried 2 of their medium roasts so far and they are solid. Bought some beans for home. Friendly counter service. Right down the street from me, so I’ll be back here often.

Stopped for a drink mid shift , I like the vibe in this coffee shop, it’s nice, cozy , I got a white chocolate mocha iced . It was good , not overly sweet at all. And a wveryrhijg sausage egg cheese bagel , very fresh. Would come back . Many flavors to choose from also S shop local /

Atmosphere is nice. The service was lovely. Staff was happy and nice and greeted me with a smile. My ice coffee was delishhhhh!! I ordered the breakfast sandwich which included bacon, eggs and cheese. Nice simple place with yummy food. I enjoyed the soft music playing. I arrived around 9am and found the coffee shop to be very quiet for me and my baby. I would def recommend!!
