Consistently yummy homemade goods. High quality, nicely decorated and can taste real sugar, not the fake stuff. Cute seating area and wide variety of pastries.

We got a sampling because everything looked so beautiful. Spent $44. Threw everything out except the sausage roll and raisin buns. Even my kids wouldn’t eat them. Beautiful presentation. Barely edible. Probably would never go back. Disappointed.
***We didn’t mention anything while we were there because we took our items for takeout – home to our kids…an hour away.

The wonderful aroma of freshly baked goods welcomes you as you open the door to enter. They make really good apple strudel and 1 piece was plenty for 2 people. There’s a variety of pastries to pick from and they all looked tempting. I absolutely recommend this bakery.

This adorable bakery was something we stumbled upon after stopping on our road trip to Sun Peaks. We stayed across the street the night before and could not resist popping in for a “couple” treats for the road.
We go an assortment of delicious baked goods. Everything was so good that we plan on stopping by on our way back south to get another box of yummy treats to take home to the dog sitters.’

The perfect stop-in spot on a wandering day. Hot drinks, sugary desserts, sausage rolls, and cold water. What a gift!

Food & lattes were good. Really enjoyed the cream cheese icing on the blueberry cinnamon bun. Staff’s customer service was amazing, very friendly and accommodating.

Love the bakery items I brought home for my family to try. Cinnamon rolls, pumpkin muffin & bar, brownie, and a Dutch muffin ( can’t remember the name) Make sure to Heat the cinnamon rolls… so yummy! It is a little spendy but no more than Starbucks and much, much better! Can’t wait to go back on my visit to Lynden next month & try more bakery items fast, friendly service too.

Went to the LDB for some raisin buns. I snagged a bag and the cashier walked to the back as a bunch more people came in – odd that I had to wait for her to return. I purchased the buns and when I went to eat one – the 3-4 raisins per bun was quite disappointing – why call them raisin buns if there are too few to taste the raisins.

In town visiting from Canada and read the iffy reviews about this bakery, but decided to give it a shot anyway. We came especially for donuts only to find out there’re no donuts on Sundays or Mondays–no problem; we decided to try the vanilla Christmas tree cupcakes instead, but my boys couldn’t even finish them they were so hard / stale. I see that this owner responds to all Google reviews here, but I’m curious why he/she continues to ignore all the negative feedback about freshness and not actually address the quality issues. If you are consistently selling stale, poor-quality products, you will eventually have no one to sell to…it’s a sure way to wind up out of business. I love visiting and supporting local shops on all my travels, but sadly, I would not recommend this bakery.

So many wonderful options, I wanted to buy them all! I did narrow it down to a blueberry muffin, hand pie for lunch, and a gorgeous eclair. I’m all set for the day thank you! Everything taste amazing.
