I love this bagel place. The bagels are delicious. Just the right size and not too soft and overly doughy. The coffee is amazing. They have a huge variety of hot n iced n different flavors. My husband loves the muffins n scones. They also serve soups ( seasonally) one is better then the next bt, I highly recommend the chicken chili. Plus it’s a cool vibe. Everyone who works their are very pleasant.

$4 for a bagel with cream cheese. Bagel was pretty cold for 6am. Crispy outside and chewy inside. Not expecting a ton of cream cheese, but at least enough to cover the bagel. It also tasted like it was mixed with butter.

I called first to see if they had pretzel bagels and they still sell them at this location. I did not feel like driving down to Brooklyn to get them at Shelsky’s. The customer service was good. There were 2 women working behind the counter. I purchased 4 pretzel bagels and 1 Irish soda bread scone. The scone was good, the bagels I saved.

Nice selection & ready anxious staff to serve you. Bagels are good… better than a chain. I wanted to look more to get a drink but she was in a hurry with no other customers around. So I just finished the order. Bathroom is clean too.

The owner was very snappy and had a bad attitude, which ruined the experience. The rest of the staff was nice, but the coffee has gone downhill and is always missing sugar no matter how many chances I give it. Not worth coming back.

Stopped by for a late bagel breakfast, as it seemed like a local favorite, but found them to be just okay, nothing special. Apart from bagels they sell a few other things like cupcakes (that are a bit dry), soups, a small candy stand etc.
The bagel selection isn’t that great, they only have a handful and nothing is labelled. You literally have to ask the people behind the counter what each bagel or each cupcake is in terms of type and flavor.
Their selection of spreads isn’t that great and neither do they put the spread properly on the bagel. They put a lot of it, but no neatness.
They don’t toast the bagel nicely either. My bagel seemed half warm and half room temperature.
Overall, the people behind the counter were nice and sweet. The place itself was spacious, clean with a modern/chic look and the wall decor is about their love for breakfast and locals. But the bagels themselves were just okay.

I come for a sunflower seed flagel, it is tasty and worth getting. Their iced coffee flavors always sound appealing. So of course i order the iced coffee and “how do you like it?” i like it light and sweet. Please tell me what bagel shop puts a layer of sugar bottom of cup in a cold drink (obviously the sugar won’t dissolve). How is anyone supposed to drink this?! Also a few times I’ve asked “can you please melt the sugar” and always the response is “ we always do” well look at this layer and this is after I’ve gone in the car and tried to mix it myself. The layer was a good amount taller. The people at the counter, can’t say they were rude, but just not a good feeling leaving. Will not be coming again, caution on the iced coffee if you like it sweet.

My experience in this place was horrible. The server was handling the garbage when we walked in. She did not wash her hands when she made my food. And I asked for a toasted bagel, and she did not do it. Observe them if you will continue to go to this place. This place doesn’t always follow food and health regulations to keep its hands clean and sanitized before serving the food to the public. They are in food safety violations. In addition, they have poor customer service.

Lynbrook bagels is an institution. Bagels are fresh. Coffee is piping hot or iced with a new flavored choice daily. Personal favorite is the red velvet or chocolate baileys.
This is a family run business. No gimmicks they work hard and their staff is attentive and friendly.
