Delicious Filipino food with a homely vibe. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a convenience store part where you can purchase Filipino products.

I wish we knew about this restaurant earlier. We loved everything about it – the food, the staff, the service. It is so clean and nicely decorated. Luzviminda is ten times nicer than any Filipino restaurant/grocery I have seen in the NY/NJ area.

Great food, you get to choose your own seafood and they will cook it for you how you like it. Highly recommend the grilled squid and grilled pompano. Made me feel like I’m back home.

I am from PA so when we go to Jersey, that is what we do, search where to eat good Phillipine food and have halo, halo! There were few that i found close to Middlesex but this restaurant caught my interest because of how clean it looks plus it has groceries! I was also glad when I got there, parking is not a problem! It was almost closing time when i got there. I picked a whole pompano for sigang. I picked this whole pompano and they cooked it for me. It was delicious!! I had so much left over, I brought it home and had 2 more meals out of that! The halo, halo was very good too! I also bought groceries and the owner was so kind to help me carry the groceries in my car! I was so grateful for that tried to give him a tip but he refused. If I want to have like a home cook meal, that Is where I will go . I already told some of my friends about this place . This will definitely one of our favorites!!

You can pick out the fish you want and they will cook it for you. Depending on what I choose, my preference is either fried or grilled. Although I don’t order something different on every visit, I am easily satisfied with delicious food and they never let me down. And of course the staff is always very friendly and patient.

First time eating here today, was happily surprised to see it’s not the typical turo-turo Filipino restaurant. Food was quite good, service was friendly and efficient. We didn’t try it, but they have a section with a dampa style menu where you pick the seafood and they’ll cook it however you want. I’d only suggest that the seafood be presented more appealingly and enticingly as it took us a while to figure out it was pick-your-seafood and it wasn’t just a pile of ice in the display cases. Overall, we enjoyed our meal here and will likely be back.

A casual, modern, new concept of Filipino restaurant in the area. Fresh seafood you can purchase and have it cooked either fried, grilled or tinowa (fish soup). Food are cooked to order. During our visit, Gigi the customer service/cashier, waa very friendly and attentive. Me and my husband ordered sisig and pompano soup, paid around $33 (with drinks). We had leftovers and were able to bring it home for another meal.
