This restaurant is such a great addition to Cologne! I got the breakfast sandwich which seems fairly simple but it was probably the best breakfast sandwich I have had. I have no idea what makes it so good, but it is delicious! I’m excited to try more of the food here, especially the famous cinnamon rolls! I love the order online feature to be able to grab and go food when you’re in a hurry. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had lunch at Luv’s Kitchen today and we were so impressed!! He got the Twin City Melt and I had the Uffda ‘Bana. The Ciabatta bread was so soft and tasty! Nice crunchy chips too. I also tried the Cologne Refresher and it was exactly that. Refreshing and not too sweet. So glad we live close by. I’m certain we will be stopping often!

Tena puts so much LUV into her catering, sandwiches, and baked goods! If you haven’t heard, she offers a take and bake meal that makes supper time so much easier! If you are like me and are always going in 10 different directions between work, school, and extracurriculars, picking up a take and bake meal takes one less thing off your plate. I had ravioli and plenty for leftovers. Not to mention the garlic butter rolls were PHENOMENAL and devoured immediately! Oh, and her cinnamon rolls bought in bulk are great for spreading the luv to a group of teachers during teacher appreciation week, holidays, or just because — Highly reccomend!

What a great surprise! I was visiting someone at Cologne Academy and stopped in to see the new ‘coffee shop’. The aroma of food being prepared was so enticing, I forgot to get coffee. I ended up selecting a caramel roll with icing. It looked like a cinnamon roll due to the icing, but I was told it was a caramel roll. I live in Rosemont Minnesota. It was a drive to get to Cologne Academy. I had another appointment that day and so left with my caramel roll. I couldn’t wait to sneak a piece as I drove to my next appointment. Trust me, do not think you are going to sneak a piece while you are driving or that you are going to be able to eat part of it and save the rest. It was the most delicious caramel drenched roll I’ve ever eaten. I’ve shared with my colleagues that when they are in Cologne, the first stop they have to make is for food- And to make sure they don’t leave without a caramel roll. I told one of my friends I think I would actually drive 50 minutes when I have the time to enjoy a meal and my new all-time favorite pastry!! Congratulations on already having a winner that will put your cafe on the Minnesota favorite places to dine❤️

My husband and I ordered a “Take Back Dinner Time” meal from Luv’s Kitchen last week and it was amazing! Everything was packaged to ensure spilling did not happen, and directions were taped to the meal. The food was so good! We ordered a stuffed pasta, salad and garlic rolls. My children are somewhat picky eaters and they had seconds of all of the food during the meal! I would definitely order again!

I have used Luv’s Kitchen for many catered events over the years and have NEVER been disappointed! The owner/operator, Tena, always wants to deliver food that is fresh and flavorful, with a beautiful presentation. What sets her food apart is that love truly is her secret ingredient! I’m excited for her new adventure in Cologne! When her Caramel Rolls, Butternut Squash Soup or Cubans are on the menu, order them! You will be glad you did!
