This is the best pho spot on the Northshore easily! The spring rolls, rare steak pho, killer bann mi, shakin beef plate… honestly anything on their menu is I’ve been coming here for years and the cleanliness, freshness and sense of urgency from staff is always consistently 5/5! My order is correct and hot every single time. Never get tired of this place and I hope it’s around forever! It’s a neighborhood staple!

I wouldn’t say the food is not good because we have different taste. I had the Pho Shrimp. They stated that its domestic shrimp but I don’t think so and I didn’t care for their Pho. My boyfriend had the fried rice for $14 we felt ripped off. I guess that’s why there weren’t anyone but a few togo while we were there.we didn’t care for the service either. There’s a lot of asian restaurant out there so this will be our first and last.

Loved the food, amazing vibes overall however our waitress kept leaving the building for periods of time without putting our order in first. This was a huge inconvenience in our evening plans causing us to have to cancel. Waitress should know better than to leave without taking an order, or leave in general for that matter. Without her this experience, and our day, would have been ten times better.

Food came out in less than 10 minutes, I’d say 5-7 min. Entire meal was 16 bucks after tax with my drink. Service, outstanding. Only one other table was seated, blissfully secluded. Server checked on me twice after food was brought out with appropriately timed intervals. Packed up my leftover pho thus eliminating any fear I had of spilling it everywhere. Brought me a Togo tea without prompting.

We decided to try the pho place out. About the amount of a happy meal appetizer for a dinner time and cost portion across the board. We dropped 50$ for our total meal in the middle of a week for dinner cost.
Luke warm up to cold food levels in general…
Rare beef pho was a good flavor. But tiny serving. One jalapeño?? For a whole bowl of pho? Wow. You can’t at least lavish your customers with a healthy amount of toppings as your protein amount is so minimal? Even the noodles were a negligible amount— and they should be heaping. Nope.
Killer Poboy was wooden and cold and old shoe leather pork belly. Super bland flavors. Like chewing a few pieces of oak tree. That were left out several hours.
The Beef dish was tiny and stone cold meat.
All the serving sizes are minuscule and tiny almost like everything is an appetizer. Completely let down and surprised they have a near perfect score.
Business was dead slow but I thought with a perfect review (almost 5.0 perfect with multiple reviews) it would’ve been great and the service was kind enough, but the experience was so bad. We won’t be going back.
Maybe if flavors were stellar but it was 5/10 experience as a whole. Disappointing.
Like I say (a recent phrase I’ve coined for the terrible economy and performance of restaurants; and I totally get the pain that employers are feeling and hiring staff and keeping people working…nonetheless….) “Everything is cheaper and more expensive”.

Love it. Recommend the killer banh mi and the spring rolls they can customize the spring rolls I did beef an shrimp .. home made fresh peanut sauce.. $10-20 a person friendly staff.. great for dine in or take out.. plenty of parking. Very clean dining area.
