Not all sourdough breads are the same. Clearly Rustic Crust is taking the slow proofing process that creates deep sour flavor. The crust is crispy and the middle is full of the holes that make a bread special.

The BEST sourdough I’ve ever had! Love the variety of options and the quality of the ingredients. Most breads give me acid reflux and make me feel lethargic. This bread does not do that and the flavor is out of this world good! I highly recommend.
