This is one of those places where what you order matters and multiple visits are required to determine their specialty. There is a range as some things are subpar, some acceptable, some the standard good enough and a few shine.

Examples:
– Subpar: Turon
– Acceptable: Tapsilog + BBQ skewer (both arrived lukewarm)
– Standard good: Nilaga (lukewarm)
– Shining star: Lumpiang shanghai

Tapsilog is different in that they serve Worcestershire rice rather than stir fried garlic rice. Egg slightly overcooked. Good news is breakfast is served all day. $7.50 for all options and includes tax.

Nilaga is concentrated and a little peppery.

Their lumpiang shanghai is fantastic. Freshly fried to order so hot upon arrival. While on the tiny side, the wrapper is beautifully thin and crispy and the filling is wonderfully moist and juicy. Still delicious once it cools down too. Highly recommend ordering this for catering!

Small food order area is in the back corner within a larger dimly lit dining area. A nice quiet place to eat in peace.

They’re not like they used to be. Now the food doesn’t look fresh anymore. The man at the counter was not welcoming, and he didn’t give us the correct pieces of turon we ordered. (The turon is dirrent now – not good, it tasted burnt!) We won’t be coming back.

A great fast food filipino restaurant. The people are very friendly…seems like a family run business.

Lots of choices to choose from

The food is authentic and delicious Filipino food. They serve buffet style. I ordered medium containers of pork adobo, sinigang, rice, bbq and turon. I ordered to go and it was all so good!

Xian.
Food was luke warm (but still good.)
Service was “eh” the man was not too welcoming.
When I tried to pay he was too focused on the TV, we had to stand around until he turned around and noticed us.. ill just stick to my go-to spot.

I have read mixed reviews, but I have nothing but good things to say about the food. Flavorful, fresh, and hot. Admittedly, place could use a refresh for the decor, pretty dark place, dated. I could see were someone ‘might’ think the guy at the counter was not the most pleasant; but again, I had no issues. He was a little gruff but still friendly.

In short, try this place for good food!
