✨ INCREDIBLE ✨
This BBQ spot completely exceeded my expectations. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The chef and staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful throughout the whole visit. I felt genuinely welcomed and comfortable, like being at home. The decor is beautiful and adds so much character to the space. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I loved everything about it. Highly recommend

Ribs were beyond greasy. Tasted nice, but it’s very gross to get a mouthful of grease when you are trying to eat. Plus there was no sauce on them. It would have been nice to know they were a dry rub, or have an option for sauce on the side. There is some very wet sauce on the tables, but it tasted…..off.
Corn muffin was peppery which I’ve never had before. Didn’t hate it, but didn’t love it either.
Okay place to eat, I would just avoid the ribs.

This barbecue delivers the kind of flavor that makes you stop mid-bite just to appreciate what’s happening. The smoke is deep and rich, the meats are tender, and the casual vibe brings it all together. The optional Mexican flair is a plus if you’re into combining flavors. This fusion does not feel forced; it’s a harmony of bold barbecue comfort and Mexican flair. Whether you stick with classic smoky goodness of traditional barbecue or lean into the mix of flavors, every combination is a winner. A true must-try for barbecue lovers and flavor adventurers alike.

I finally made it to Lush’s BBQ, and we had a great night. Nice restaurant, warm atmosphere, super friendly staff, and of course delicious food. The ribs were so tender, the brisket was some of the best I have ever had, and the beans were amazing. They had oysters (from Alabama) that we got grilled – delicious. We barely had room for dessert, but we tried the freshly baked banana cream pie. Yum. They serve prime rib on Fridays, and I hear it is amazing, so I will be back for that. There was live music (a friendly guy playing guitar who chatted with the diners between songs).

I had the 3-plate combo at Lushes Park City BBQ — ribs, brisket, and I swapped the pulled pork for chicken wings. Every bite had that deep, rich smoky flavor you only get from a legit smoker. Honestly, the meat was so flavorful I didn’t even touch the sauces — it was perfect as-is.
I was helped by Tucker, who really stood out. He gave off the kind of vibe like he’d pull over on the side of the road to help you change a flat. Just a solid, genuine guy.
Overall, the food was outstanding, the service was top-notch, and the whole experience was one of the best I’ve had in Park City. Easy 5 stars.

Went in the other day for lunch on a whim while visiting the area and thought this would be a nice place to try and boy oh boy was I wrong. You should know a place isn’t great when it’s practically empty around lunch time, but you never know. We got an assortment of items to try and while they were okay and mostly edible, nothing to write home about. Big lack of flavor, spices and sauce.
I would say the biggest disappointment were the ribs. My grandpa grew up in the south entering bbq competitions, so I know ribs and these were a few steps above what you can get at the grocery store. 1 no sauce. Okay not the worst because dry rubs exist, except… 2 no dry rub??? If there was it was the skantest amount. 3 weren’t fall off the bone and tender. Had a so so smoke ring, but good bbq is melt in your mouth, fall off the bone tender. 4 and probably the biggest issue we all had was the amount of grease in these ribs. Good well made ribs have the fat rendered out during the cooking process so the meat is tender, NOT greasy, but these were just full of oil and felt slimey in the mouth. None of us were too pleased with them and all agreed these were probably the worst restaurant ribs we’ve had in a while.
Overall we weren’t really impressed. There’s much better bbq places down in the valley. Unless you’re stuck up around Park City, it would be better to travel down to SLC for some better food.

I’d heard about your place on the road as a trucker. Starved myself all night and half a day as your website said you opened at 11am. Parked at the truck stop and walked over as my mouth was watering in anticipation of great food but at almost 1pm found the doors were still locked and I’m still hungry. Please don’t list your open time as 11am on the website. I tried calling multiple times as well but to no avail. Not only am I still hungry but now I’m greatly disappointed. It’s Saturday and after checking website multiple times and it states open Saturday 11-8
Recap….to be fair, when they did open it went over and had a fantastic meal. They were courteous and friendly. Food was excellent

I was finally able to stop by on a day they were open. I got the 2 meat plate (ribs & pulled pork), collared greens, baked beans, and peach cobbler. It was delicious. The meat was very flavorful and tender. Additionally, the little cup of sauce to dip the meat in was awesome! The flavor is sort of a sweet, but vinegar flavor I thought. The collards excellent and were different than I’d ever had before. I will probably get them every time in the future. The cobbler was good too, also different. The only thing I would change was the beans. They just didn’t do anything for me.

Just enjoyed Lush’s for the first time last night. Safe to say we will be returning customers! Service was incredible and food even better. No notes! Love that it’s in an unassuming location and I think that all the menu items are fairly priced. We shared the 3 meat plate and added an extra side. Will be craving until I eat it again!

Food was great, service great as well. The ding is for the $5 sharing charge. I get it to a degree, but when two people order the 3 meat platter so that we can try everything and 2 drinks, we’re not trying to game the menu. Now there was full transparency and the cashier/server made it very clear that there was a charge and that it was the establishment policy. Portions were generous, and meats were well prepared and juicy. Definitely country it out, but maybe consider getting it togo if you plan on sharing things.
