Last night I had the absolute pleasure of attending Luscious Supper Club featuring Chef Rose Archer. The experience truly lived up to its name.
This is more than food. This is about bringing Community together.
From the moment I walked through the door, it was clear that the intention behind Luscious is to create something out of the ordinary and truly remarkable. And that’s exactly what it is. Yes, the food was absolutely outstanding… every course thoughtful and beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor.
But what made the evening unforgettable was how it fed more than just the physical body. It nourished connection.
The service was incredibly attentive… warm, intuitive, and seamless… creating an experience rather than just a dinner.
I was fortunate to sit alongside people I had never met before, and by the end of the evening it felt like I had gained new friends in our little town. That’s the magic of Luscious.
What Rose is creating is unmatched. The legacy she is building for this community and humanity is going to be beautiful.

An incredible experience of delicious food and a genuinely welcoming and warm atmosphere. From the gorgeous flower arrangements and beautiful table settings, to the global fusion inspired cuisine impeccably prepared and plated with attention to the aesthetic vision of the chef Rose Archer, the evening was a truly special treat. The menu is fixed and presented as a surprise to the guests. Each menu is prepared for only one week, thus remaining a particularly unique experience for the guests seated together with the intention of building community and indulging in genuine human connection. It is a beautiful experience in every respect.

It’s a magical culinary experience. It was beyond all expectations. They were accommodating on a couple items we don’t eat (advising them in advance), fashioning a couple courses specifically for us. The staff, atmosphere, quality including quantity were exceptional. Chef Rose is to be praised for the dining experience she has created.

Rose and her team are truly masters of their craft. I have had the pleasure of dinning in some of the countries top Michelin rated restaurants thanks to a corporate career in executive events and this dinner was a caliber above anything else I’ve ever experienced. Good food combined with meeting fun new people in an intimate setting really sets this experience apart from anything else. If you have an opportunity to go, do not hesitate!

Perhaps some of the best food and ambiance I’ve ever experienced. Expertly designed courses that are perfectly presented. Chef Rose takes her time to craft an amazing experience bringing strangers together over an outstanding meal. She opens her private residence as a palette to explore great food while having fun. The staff was attentive and friendly. Chef Rose and her team led the experience with occasional chats to answer questions and present the evening meal. It’s tough to capture the experience because she is dedicated to never repeating the same dish twice. This is a must for locals looking to experience upscale/fancy dining in central Oregon. Reservations are required and make sure to read the details, as you’ll likely need to plan 3 months in advance for your first visit. The atmosphere is vibrant, bustling, and just fun. Prices are expensive and suitable for anniversaries and special events. On street parking is limited. Leave the kids at home for this experience. Overall excellent!

We moved to the area about a year ago and really enjoyed the supper club we used to attend in SoCal. I honestly did not think we would find another one or the same quality. I recently joined the Bend Food Scene and saw a post by Chef Rose Archer that she had two last minute openings to her supper club. In retrospect I cannot believe by the time I saw her post, which was hours later, that no one gobbled the tickets up! While you do not know what the menu will be, the price may deter some, EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING about her supper club was divine. The food was generous portions of what she sees at the farmers market. Her food is beautifully prepared and so delicious. Seriously upscale supper club.

But it’s not just about the food. She purposefully does not come out with each dish because she wants you to interact with the most likely strangers you are sitting next to. And since everyone is there to enjoy good food and have a good time, the people there were really fun to talk to.
If you get a chance to go, GO!! You won’t regret it.
