Our server was attentive and had great recommendations. It was extremely sweet of her to bring out a complimentary dessert for my birthday and making sure we had a great time.
Would definitely be back to sample more of the other items on the menu!
Tucked away in a cozy corner of Fremont, Lupo is a charming little spot that’s perfect for date night.
We ordered the chicory salad and the mushroom pizza. The salad was incredibly fresh and crunchy, and the pizza was simply outstanding. The sourdough base was unique, light, and full of flavor – easily the highlight of the meal. Everything we tried was spot-on, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this gem to all pizza lovers!
I don’t say that lightly as I did not grow up in the area and I am not used to the Seattle pricing for average food.. however Lupo has found what they do and they do it well.
I love that the menu is simple, fresh and straight forward. The Pistachio pest is fresh and delicious. You cannot go wrong with any of their pizza’s and their Cesar salad is one of the best I have ever had. I literally think about this Cesar regularly…. It might be a problem.
The only negative is the place is a little small and you will most likely need a reservation but I guess that’s Seattle. Staff are great and atmosphere is moody/ cozy. Perfect for a date night or evening out with friends.
Just go.
The atmosphere was a perfect balance between cozy and inviting—it’s not a huge place, but it feels intimate without being cramped. I’d definitely recommend making a reservation, though, as it can get busy.
We started with two Neapolitan pizzas (the Affumicato & the Mushroom), and each was cooked to perfection. The crust had the perfect amount of crispiness while still being soft and chewy on the inside.
We also ordered the Little Gem Caesar salad, which was fresh and flavorful, and the spicy chili oil — added a nice kick to the pizzas. Every bite was a delight.
The drink selection was solid, with a great mix of wines and cocktails to pair with the meal. And then came dessert (the pistachio ice cream- amazing!)—everything was just as impressive as the main courses. The service was attentive and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
All in all, Lupo provided a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. If you’re in Seattle and craving top-notch pizza, this is definitely a spot you don’t want to miss!
The service was excellent—very accommodating to my dietary preferences. I was the only vegetarian in my group, and they kindly made our pizzas half-meat, half-vegetarian to suit everyone. Highly recommend!
The staff was friendly, and the service was fast. The menu is fairly small, but there are more than enough pizza options to choose from.
It was already pretty busy when I arrived on a Sunday, so I’d recommend booking a table ahead of time on busier days.
