This used to be my favorite Lupitas location but after what I saw today I won’t be going back. As I sat in my car waiting at the drive through I saw one of the cooks drop her cooking utensil on the floor and she picked it up and tried to use it to cook without washing it first. SMH If you want to eat off the floor this is the place for you.

My husband got a breakfast burrito for me from here this moring and it was possibly one of the worst breakfast burritos I’ve ever had. All I wanted was eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheese. I’m not sure what all was in my burrito but it had egg, cheese, bacon, and some kind of red sauce. The red sauce was nasty and ruined the whole burrito. It tasted like enchilada sauce.

I order a chorizo, egg, and potato burrito ! I get an egg, hardly any potato and I guess they cooked it in left over chorizo cause it had no chorizo in ! Very disappointed!

Burritos were super small for the price. They were out of everything. Got bean and cheese and barbacoa tast was extremely good just not much options, cost way to much for tiny bur Burritos and outside looked really trashy. I’m giving 3 stars cause food was really good and tortillas were homemade

You know when you have a favorite item at each given restaurant. The chicharon burrito is my goto at Lupita’s. It’s spicy and texturally devine. I’ve tried chicharon burritos all over. I’ve never found one that can compare. The salsa is pretty good. You don’t need it with chicharon.

So I used to love going to this place and even bragged about their food to others, however, the food and quality have gone down. Every bite of my beef burrito is mainly fat not meat; they never seem to have everything that they advertise, and today my burrito tasted days old. That will be my last visit unfortunately.
