Our server idalisse was great. I appreciated her attention and quickness. The food was delicious but could use more salt. I enjoyed that they served from both the Mexican menu and the Mediterranean menu. I loved sitting outside. Music was loud but you could hear over it.

i recommend this place a lot they have variety lots of good food Mexican and Mediterranean food and i recommend the churrasco plate it’s really good and my servant Melissa she very sweet and cool and very super helpful and has good taste in food and Sauce In my experience, she treated me like a good customer. She’s very respectful and gives me good customer service. I recommend her getting a raise I don Don’t have a favoritism, but out of all restaurants this is my favorite restaurant. Best customer service good food all types of good food and choices. All types of sauces. All types of good drink drinks. I recommend this for everyone I would give this place 100 stars but it only gives me the option to put five stars. This place here should be a five star Restaurant Thank you

Firstly, it’s expensive here – as it’s a super super touristy place and maybe it’s to be expected.
Next, the food being horrible should come as no surprise too – as, if most patrons only ate here once, why try to make it good, right?
So yes the food itself is not good – to be 100% honest. This is in comparison with all the food we had during our 10 days trip in Miami & Keys. The peta was not fresh, the hummus was prob packaged or canned stuff, the rice is old, the only thing ok is maybe the fries as it had to be refried to be hot and crispy.
Plus, no free water! Must order bottled water – it’s like $5. Then they sneakily put an 18% service charge so please watch out for it!! Don’t put another 20% tip!!!!
Actually expected all these restaurants in this mall to be not good, i tried to eat in the biz district that is just 10 min walk away.
But since its New Year’s eve, all those places are closed. That’s why we had to come back to eat here – which in hindsight is the wrong decision. Should have just get to the airport early and eat at the airport – it’s going to be better than this.
All the waitresses just smiled at you until you placed your order and they disappeared. Didn’t expect good service but it’s just making everyone uncomfortable as others there were also very surprised by how rude they behaved.
Oh how terrible it is to be at a touristy place!
Never coming back to this mall or the restaurants in this mall again. Please be warned.

It is okay, it is a tourist trap but the food is decent. Be prepared for the upsell on drinks, they try to get you to order a medium for $30. Basically a fishbowl. Also, only bottled water is available. Finally, they add an 18% service charge but try to hide it from you. You’d probably have a better experience at almost anywhere else in the mall. I really wonder how they have so many good reviews.

The view is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the waiters wear very cool traditional outfits with nice details — it creates a great atmosphere. Overall, a very enjoyable place. Definitely worth visiting.
