The service was fast, polished, and genuinely kind. It was an exceptional example of good hospitality. I cannot for the life of me remember our servers name, but he was great! Chef Devon was also especially welcoming and took great care of us, special thanks to him.
The menu is unique and well executed. Everything we tried was delicious, creative, and beautiful. I love food that feels intentional.
This is easily one of my new top spots in Salt Lake City. I’ll absolutely be back.
Try the pasta!!!
The ambience hasn’t changed much since the Italian Graffiti restaurant was here; the layout is still quite odd.
Now, let’s discuss the food.
We started with their homemade focaccia bread, which was amazing.
For appetizers, we ordered:
– **Beef Carpaccio:** It was fresh, of a good portion size, and absolutely delicious.
– **Burrata:** This was another standout starter. The burrata was fresh, and the accompanying ingredients complemented it perfectly.
– **Little Gem Salad:** This is one of my wife’s favorite salads, and it was very good—perfect for sharing between two people.
When it came to the Primi and Secondi courses, unfortunately, that’s where the experience fell short.
– **Chilean Sea Bass:** The presentation was great, but the fish was a little dry. The portion size was appropriate.
– **Bison Bolognese: ** I love a hearty Bolognese, but this one had too much ricotta for my taste. I’ve had many variations, and this one was disappointing.
– **Scallops: ** My friend said they were good, with around five scallops per serving.
– **Chicken Piccata: ** My friend enjoyed this dish and mentioned that it could have
used a bit more zest and a little less butter sauce. She paired it with fettuccini, which was homemade and very good.
For dessert, I ordered the Lemon Raspberry Cake (a ricotta cake). I’ve had a similar cake that I loved, but unfortunately, this one was on the dry side.
The others ordered the special Salted Caramel dessert, which was absolutely delicious!
Our server was Pietro, was great. He gave some very good suggestions.
**Overall, I enjoyed the restaurant, but the food didn’t give me that WOW factor.
Our server, Petro, was an outstanding host. He took the time to walk us through the concept of the restaurant and the menu with such care and enthusiasm that it really elevated our experience. The food itself was nothing short of fantastic—beautifully presented and full of flavor.
We felt welcomed and relaxed throughout our meal, with no pressure to rush. It was a memorable evening from start to finish, and we can’t wait to return.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the service. Unfortunately, we were mostly forgotten by our server during the entire visit. She came by only twice in the two hours we were there. After our food arrived, we were never asked if we wanted additional drinks or to order anything else. I understand the restaurant was very busy, but I was still expecting a bit more attention.
We tried the carpacio, which was superb. My entree was also superb (and made for wonderful leftovers). Will DEFINITELY go back!
