Visited this restaurant on our way back trip from Biosphere 2, food quality was great, it took some time for us to get out food on the table but it was worth waiting. Service was also good. Prices are reasonable. I would recommend it if you are on the way that side.

Before the pandemic it was a good place to go. After the pandemic the food is below average and the cost is well over priced. See photo of nachos that were bad and we had to ask for the beans that should have already come with it. If you go here, remember to ask for an itemized check. We had serious sticker shock and never received a breakdown of what everything cost.

Hands down best Steak Fajitas that has ever hit my taste receptors. I was dumbfounded by the quality of the beef and when the Fajitas arrived, the veggies were just sizzling a beautiful tune of freshness. The standard side dishes, refried beans, Spanish rice, quacamole, salsa and a wonderful (won-der-ful) homemade sour cream complemented this dish. We offered our Kudos to the Chef! Lupe’s is now my favorite Fajita place to go. A must stop if one is traveling through or even if you’re a lucky local.

We had a wonderful experience at Lupes. Many people recommended that we go there for dinner and I am so happy we took their advice. Jackie was an amazing server and her mother-in-law makes the best home made Mexican food. The red chili sauce was especially amazing. If you are in the area you should definitely go; if you’re not it is worth the drive!

As a lover of Mexican food, this is easily the best Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and incredibly accommodating for those with allergies. They worked with me to find a dish I could eat. There are lots of options for vegetarians as well. Looking forward to eating here again!

Food was good. We had tacos. They were flavorful, and the tortillas were crisp. They did not have onions, which I like but still tasty. Service was great. Prices were high, and if you want chips and salsa, the chips are 50 cents for a basket; salsa is free.

My friends and I stopped here and the food was reasonably priced with great portions, I would have just enjoyed some more seasoning. I got the machaca breakfast with rice and beans it was very good and enchiladas fries which seemed bland and got a little soggy if you did not eat them quick. The restuarant itself had nice aesthetics and excellent and hospitable service, free chips and salsa!

Over-rated! Expensive and not that good. Salsa was the best of everything. 5% credit card fee. Had the combo, not great. Hubby had the chimmichanga…nothing special.

Candi our waitress accommodated my friend in a wheelchair . The taco salad had actual shredded white meat which was so clean! Crunchy salad, the guacamole is divine. Orange juice/tequila is,a lovely choice any time of day. Beer, wine and margaritas abound.
