Good service. Friendly staff. The food was good. The fajitas were delicious and they came out sizzling which was a great sign. The strawberry margarita was pretty good too but was dangerous for drinking too quickly as it gave pretty bad brain freezes. Would definitely get again when visiting Princeton.

Had lunch here on Cinco de Mayo. There was no wait, our waiter was very prompt and polite and food was out quickly. Restaurant was very clean. Food was good, but it was not the best Mexican I’ve ever had. It was hot and fresh, rice was very good. I ordered the enchiladas and like I said, it was good, but not the best I’ve had. Could have been better in my opinion. But again, just my opinion! Everything else was just fine.

This was the 1st time at Lupe’s, my wife ordered a shrimp on the beach, plate, it was quite tasty and well prepared. It was a pretty good size plate of food. I think she said she had 15 shrimp on a bed of cheesy rice. I ordered a combo plate: two tacos, an enchilada, and caiso cheese. What I received was a burrito and one taco. I did not get what I ordered. The waitress was very sweet, wanting to replace it, very apologetic, but I said I would just keep what I had in front of me. The refriedbeans were so runny they should be served in a bowl with a spoon.The atmosphere was OK, nothing exceptional. It is a typical Mexican restaurant with typical Mexican restaurant fare. On a side note, they do give you a big basket of chips and salsa. Salsa was what I call Mexican restaurant ketchup. It didn’t taste like a lot of other salsas in a lot of other Mexican restaurants, it was a little vinegary tasting. It was OK, but I didn’t care for the salsa.
