Wife and I decided to split the fajitas for one. It seemed a little pricey ($31) compared to other mexican restaurants that serve fajitas, but this is way I decided to add a review. Wife said this was likely the best fajitas were have had, and I agreed. I was surprised at how much meat and fixings came with the order. Everything was so delicious. The tortillas were bigger than a dinner plate, thin and soft and warm. It was enough food for both of us. We had the Rita’s also. The only downside was the happy hour did not start at 2pm when the lunch specials ended. We got there after 2pm and Happy Hour did not start until 3pm. Missed the lunch specials and the happy hour specials, so I would avoid the 2-3pm time to visit in case you want to enjoy one or the other. This location for some reason seemed to be a step up from another location (same company) we had tried outside of Houston. I would go back for the fajitas for sure.

Great experience here on a quick trip to Houston: my server Christopher was kind and helpful, giving recommendations that made the meal and taking time to talk about the Texans when I started the conversation. Good food! The ancho sauce was tasty. I had the spicy red enchiladas that were topped off with a red roasted jalapeño. My wife had a dish called the Juan. It had a beef crunchy taco, cheese enchilada and rice and beans. Perfect size for her. The service on a Monday night was excellent.

Tried Lupe Tortilla and honestly had a disappointing experience. I ordered the quesadillas which were just okay, nothing special. They served nachos with beans and salsa, but didn’t mention that the beans weren’t vegetarian—which is a big deal for someone with dietary restrictions.
What really made the experience worse was the service. The server was rude and gave condescending responses when asked about the food. I didn’t feel welcomed or respected as a customer.
Wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you’re vegetarian or expect decent customer service.

Mariah was our bartender and she made my first visit a pleasant experience. The cocktails she made were all on point! I’m kinda picky when it comes to margaritas and hers were soo good! Food was delicious from the appetizer (crab stuffed avocado) to our entree. The seasonal blood orange margarita was our favorite. Mariah was nice, with a good/professional attitude and made sure we were happy throughout every course. We will be returning!
