Reviews
Today was especially disappointing. I ordered wings and fries, and when I arrived, I was told they were out of fries. No refund was offered, and instead I was told they had to run out to get more. We didn’t want to wait, so my husband offered to come back later since we live across the street. They never asked for our phone number to call when the fries were ready, which would have been helpful.
I called to check if the fries were ready, my husband picked them up, and when he got home they were soggy, overly oily, and very dark. They were completely unacceptable and not enjoyable at all.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but after multiple issues and today’s experience, it felt necessary. I hope they can improve their order accuracy, communication, and food quality because I really wanted this place to work.
1. Water pitchers would be great! Especially when a group of friends or family come around.
2. Needs more heat during winter! Please I was cold

The food was really good and the Impossible Burger was my favorite! All in all, I had a good experience!
The not-so-good: the concept feels a bit confused between fast casual and full-service restaurant. Both times I’ve visited, there’s been just one person taking orders, making drinks, and running food. That setup doesn’t make much sense, even when it’s not busy, and it leads to long waits just to order or grab a drink.
If the goal is fast casual, that’s great—just simplify. Skip the full bar and focus on easy-to-serve options like soda, beer, or wine (think Xi’an Famous Foods). But if the aim is a proper restaurant experience with cocktails and table service, it needs more staff to make that work smoothly.
TL;DR: Amazing food, but the service model needs clarity. Either add staff and/or offer table service, or lean fully into fast casual so the experience matches the quality of the burger.
