I worked across the street from Lunde’s for about a year, and I would say I went there for Breakfast or Lunch (or both!) at least 2 or 3 times a week! The sandwiches are always fresh and on point, and they never get upset if you have specific requests. If you come in on a regular basis, they know your name and your order before you’ve barely had a chance to say hello! I highly recommend this place!

The family that owns Lunde’s are very sweet and kind. They are great and their food is AWESOME. Oh man… At least once a week I gotta have it. The picture I posted is honey turkey and mozzarella cheese hot. Half the sandwich and I’m full. So good. Also have had the teriyaki and the meatball. Scrumptious!!!!

Good Prices, Great Sandwiches, Nice owners, and the only places I know that still does a sandwich card. Where if you buy 10 sandwiches you get your 11th free. Been eating here for over a year and still haven’t had a bad sandwich yet. The place is also like a small Bodega, so they have a few things you can buy if you want to pick up something different, but I mainly go here for the sandwiches.

Ingredients are fresh and the staff is nice. Best sandwiches in town. Google is wrong on the hours though. They close at 7pm each night, not 8pm. The only exception is Sundays, which they’re closed all day.

When i moved to Tuckahoe in May 2016, i became a long time, loyal customer until Mon Nov 26 2018 when they falsely accused me of staling 2 stamps, which is something i never did, plus i had the money to pay for them, and i asked them to hold the stamps while i walked back home to get the money since i accidentally left it there. I tried to clear up what was obviously a huge misunderstanding, but they were very dismissive, plus they know that I’m African American, therefore, they had it in their mind that all African Americans steal things. That makes them racist. I may be a lot of things, but i’m definitely not a thief. My parents raised me right. They lost a once faithful customer permanently. I hope they go out of business forever. #TrueStory 🙁
