We had to wait for about ten minutes before we were seated even if we had our reservation despite the fact that the restaurant did not have a lot of guests on Valentine’s Day. The reason why we chose to go there was because supposedly it is a kid-friendly restaurant for they have menus for under 10 years old. Unfortunately, they didn’t have anything for my 2 1/2 years old daughter. They didn’t even have orange juice. Thanks for the paper and crayons that they gave my daughter for her to have something to do though it was given 30 minutes after we were seated. At least they have a high chair for her. An hour later after we arrived, our dinner was finally served. The food when it comes to taste was okey but we were already starving when it was served. It was entree’ style for $49.95 per person but our salad and soups were served after the main course was served. The soup wasn’t even hot. I actually had to ask the waiter about it. When we were ready to go from disappointment comes another disappointment. We were charged for 5 entrees’ even if they haven’t served anything for my daughter. They charged us for the orange juice that they didn’t have. It’s a disappointment in the Palos Verdes Estates area. The area was upscale, but the price wasn’t worth. Our drive wasn’t worth. It was a terrible experience for us especially for our 3 children. It”s true to say it’s not the place it’s the service and experience. We probably expected high but delivered poorly. This is not a good place to eat. Not recommended at all.
