We used to dine in quite frequently almost every weekend and once in awhile we would go on a weekday. Service was great and food was great! Within the last year the service went way down hill. Last few times we went we had a young server who wasnt very friendly and didnt seem like she wanted to be there.It almost seemed like we were bothering her. She took our order and barely came back to the table.. we had to flag her down if we needed something she was behind the counter on her phone most of the time or talking to another employee who was also on their phone. They touched their phones and then never washed their hands before going back to serving food. We sat at the table with the dishes piled up for awhile before the server came to see if we needed anything else and brought our check. It was not busy that day there was maybe 2 other small tables if that. We ordered a pizza 1/2 olive and 1/2 pineapple and bacon we got charged 28 dollars for one pizza. We have never been charged that much and get the same pizza quite often. The food is great some things are a bit pricey but quality is good and the atmosphere is good. We now will only go on Saturdays when Beth ( the older lady with grey hair and glasses is working) she is always friendly and always comes to chat. She always remebers us and knows our drinks and what we order without even being told! She is very efficient, comes back often to check on us and is hands down the best server there. Over all luna rosa is good but service is no longer as good as it was a few years ago other then Beth! The new younger employees should be trained how to have better customer service and how to handle food properly and how to stay off their phones and wash their hands!

I don’t necessarily have anything to write home about. What I will say though, the pizza here is not the best/greatest, but not the worst. It’s pretty ok/average for what it is. Not nearly as good as the pizza I’ve had in the neighboring state of NY where I live, but I’ve had my fair share of better and worse. The food is acceptable for a small place like this. Would I come back? Maybe.

Absolutely love stopping in at Luna’s to grab a bite to eat before or after shopping in the area. I have enjoyed their chicken parm sandwiches, single slices and whole pies. Desert here and there and all of it was delicious. The staff are super friendly and quick to serve.
