Arguably one of the best in the city for an elevated palate. The delicate fusion of flavors while staying authentically Mexican, Luna Rooftop serves up the full experience. Despite closer rooftops to the Parroquia, Luna makes up for it in flavor and balance. Their cocktails are deliciously balanced, the croquettes are perfectly savory, and their habanero salsa is muy picante. Everything here was amazing and leaving me wishing for a second stomach. The staff, whether Spanish or English, is very accommodating and polite with every detail. I urge you visit here for an outstanding meal. Rosewood is a top notch hotel, and this restaurant is right up there with it. Don’t miss Luna Rooftop when in San Miguel de Allende.

The food is pretty good, the service is very friendly but they take a little too long to take your order and don’t keep your glass full but once you request more they bring it. The atmosphere is very relaxed and good soft music. The view is really stunning and would recommend catching the sunset. Tonight during our visit, there’s only foreigners and no locals at all. That said, the staff is bilingual English/ Spanish and well spoken in both so there’s an ease in communication. This place is also very pet friendly- they offer a nice pet menu but excessive cost for what they get. We ordered chicken breast for about $120 pesos or 7-usd at this time and they get approximately one chicken finger- if that. They also charge for the pets water.

Overall I would recommend this place for a nice dinner.

Luna Rooftop is absolutely stunning. High end bar and restaurant. Everything is top quality, from the service to the ambiance. The view is the best in San Miguel de Allende, with excellent music and a great cocktail selection.
Located at the top of the Rosewood Hotel, this rooftop stood above every other place we visited during our stay. Truly the crème de la crème.
We walked-in around noon on a Sunday, but I would recommend making reservations for busier days.

Beautiful atmosphere and friendly service. I visited on a quiet Monday evening and enjoyed a sunset margarita — the colors were lovely. The view is calm but not very high since the rooftop is on the 4th floor, and the glass walls limit the open feeling.

The food is light, but the menu is a bit limited. The fish tacos were battered with flour, which may not suit everyone’s taste. It would be wonderful if the menu changed monthly or seasonally to offer more variety for returning guests.

Overall, a peaceful place to end the evening with excellent service.

Great sunset views. Good service. Food was good. Expect 2,000+ pesos per person for a nice meal. Add an additional 2,000+ for a bottle of wine. Outside seating. Plenty of open seating but reservations are recommended.

This was rect to me by a friend who’d worked here years ago as they knew my love for views and sunsets. This was such a beaut spot to come too to relax and take in the beautiful twin of San Miguel de Allende. Both cocktails and food was delicious and a very chilled atmosphere. Very welcoming and friendly staff and comfortable areas to sit and have your drink with sunset too. Excellent recommendation made to me and I recommend it to you too.

Views are great, the staff is polite and welcoming. Pizza was quite good. Would be better with a bit more burrata. Free appetizer was nice. Prices are higher which is understandable and for the food it’s fine but paying $120 for a Corona I think that’s a bit cheeky. They probably try to get something from people who come only for the drink.

Really nice rooftop restaurant and bar with amazing views of San Miguel de Allende. The restaurant is located in the Rosewood Hotel which is a sight to see on its own. We only had appetizers and drinks on the night that we went, but we would definitely like to stop there for dinner the next time we are there.
