Across the board, Luna Muna is one of the best restaurants in Bay County!! Their golden milk latte is phenomenal; the ginger is juiced fresh to order with freshly cracked peppercorns to ensure your body absorbs all of the wonderful benefits of the drink. It’s a health nut’s dream concoction!
Now, for those who want a quick fix- there may be other places suited for you. The kitchen is smaller at Luna Muna and takes a bit more time for the food to arrive. Their prep is different than restaurants that have a larger kitchen.
Knowing that beforehand means you’re in for a treat! It affords a more leisurely experience where you can really enjoy the food once it comes out. You aren’t getting a bunch of random powders shaken into your drink for flavoring. This isn’t a fast food joint. Everything is crafted with purpose – and that takes time.
The staff are very helpful when you ask for an accommodation. Shay and Shelby provide exceptional service each time. I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff here.
I absolutely recommend this family-friendly restaurant for anyone wanting a healthy meal & quality experience.

I always rave about this place to anyone who will listen, the food is so good and so are the drinks! It is a small business so don’t expect it to be as quick as fast food, but the environment lets you use that time to enjoy your surroundings. the workers are always the sweetest.

ANOTHER UPDATE. went back again and had the bison truffle bowl. Wow. it was so good. I went back a second time a few days later to order the bison bowl. I absolutely love this place.
I really love love love this place. It is one of my favorite places to go in the Panama City area. The only thing I don’t like is that it takes forever to get waited on and to get your food. But the people that work there are so unbelievably nice, and the food is really really good. The Aloha chicken sandwich and the yogurt is amazing And that is what keeps us coming back. Not only that – the coffee, teas, and smoothies are also really good. But if you’re in a hurry, you probably don’t want to stop in here. I don’t know what the problem is. It’s been slow ever since I started going there three years ago. But I would still recommend it to friends and family, as long as you are not in a hurry. As far as I’m concerned, it’s worth the wait. Oh, and they also have a cute little patio and gelato!!
Update Went back again and had the tropical goddess yogurt. Which is exceptionally divine. And so are the hibiscus coconut margaritas. However, they are quite pricey. They are $17 apiece. But if they are made with good high-quality ingredients, I don’t mind. Trouble is, who knows?

Stopped in for some cleaner breakfast eats and was so happily surprised by their menu and the amount of gf, veggie and vegan options they have. I got a hot chocolate which was amazing and also the veggie scramble-also amazing!

Hands down the best breakfast in Panama City! The pancakes so fluffy and rosemary lavender latte a total game-changer, perfectly savory and sweet. I also tried the Bison Burger for lunch, and it was incredibly flavorful and lean. Love that they have so many Vegan and Gluten-Free options that actually taste amazing, the Sun Sandwich, yum!. You gotta try the blueberry muffins and peanut butter cookies. Don’t skip the fresh-pressed juices and acai bowls! They have great price too for everything being handmade, top quality, and organic. This fresh made cafe has my heart and stomach! Highly recommended!! PS the pancakes were so good that I didn’t even know they were gluten free

Good vibes in this place. Cute decor and outdoor patio area as well. Smoothies were so good. Coffee was also delicious. We got the salted caramel pecan and it was some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Sunny BLT was so good!!!!! Coming back to get that sometime soon. Service was great also!

Worst experience I have had in Bay Co. The staff were so rude about me doing a Google Review that I left. I was told they have had issues in the past with photos inside. What are they hiding? I showed them I am a Google Reviewer and was trying to help. So I asked to speak to the manager, one staff member said there wasn’t one there. The other staff member said they spoke to them, after walking behind a curtain. What is the deal? I come to places to spend money and share the great experience there with you all… to be told not to take photos is very shady in 2025. I guess that is what they want but… post a sign so you don’t have to have your rude staff say rude things. Beautiful place, maybe one day I’ll return but this isn’t the first time I’ve heard they have terrible service. I was praying for better. I hope your experience is better than mine was.
