MARCOS IS THE BEST!!!
I always order food from this luna grill to go but today i decided to eat in the restaurant!
i ordered my favorite item and accidentally didn’t specify what protein i wanted and when i got my order i got chicken.
marcos went above and beyond helping me out making sure i had the best experience i could and replaced my crunch wrap twice until i got what i wanted which was falafel!
inside the restaurant also nice it’s cozy and the air is on so it’s super cool! thanks so much to luna grill rancho for being so awesome!

I come to Luna grill at least once a week but sometimes even more but honestly almost everytime I come I leave feeling somewhat unsatisfied either because the portion of food is close to minimal for the price paid or because my order was messed up.. don’t get me wrong they fix it when they realize they messed up after reviewing the receipt but still just puts a blah taste in my mouth, I’d still come back but definitely not at the rate I’ve been going, maybe once or twice a month. Time to try crave bowls next..

Worst customer service ever. I ordered from the girl at the register named Liberty V and asked a simple question about whether the chicken is seasoned or marinated because I’m sick and on a strict health-related diet. Instead of answering like a competent employee she mocked my question to her coworkers saying, “What season is the chicken,” and start laughing!!
I’m not sure if she’s so dump that she couldn’t understand a simple question as that. Her behavior was rude, unprofessional, and felt racist, especially since my mom speaks with an accent. No one deserves to be made fun of like that. She should not be working customer service if this is how she treats people. Management needs to address this. I will never return to this location, and neither will my friends or family.

Luna Grill in Rancho San Diego absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming, clean, and well-organized. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly — you can really taste the quality in every bite.
What truly made the experience stand out, though, was Bianca. She was super awesome and professional from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely positive — she made sure everything was perfect and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. I came in to eat and had a great experience. I had the gyro chicken for the first time and it was excellent. I also enjoyed the environment, it was clean, safe and fun. I came in for dinner and had an amazing experience the young man at the register was very kind and helped me pick out a great plate. When I was served my plate a young woman named Mirella was very kind and asked if I needed anything else which was awesome. I was unable to finish my plate and a young woman named America asked if I was doing alright and helped me get a to go container. It’s hard to find great service like this I will definitely be returning soon. The chicken plate with a peach burrata salad and rice was absolutely amazing shout out to the amazing cooks in the back!!!!!

I work around the corner, so I come in moderately often. Chris the manager, super awesome guy! Always great to chat with and his custom service skills are the absolute top! He even starts remembering things you like or will recommend items you wouldn’t think about. Ex: hot honey over the salmon or shrimp… I’m trying you my next visit!
