We passed by the Del Amo Fashion Center. Were hungry as it was 2:30 pm and found Luna Grille so we decided to try this out. We ordered the Kubideh plates with Hummus, 3 pcs of Pita Mediterranean Salad for me and Chickpea Medley for my wife. The kubideh was thin and too salty. On top of that you only get 3 pcs of Pita bread. Zankou chicken beats this restaurant. The only advantage they have is they have a good and welcoming atmosphere like a sit down dinner restaurant. Hope management will try out their salt mixture to make sure the next kubideh will be better.

First off, the food was very good. We waited a bit for the food but I don’t mind waiting especially when the food is prepared properly.

This was my first time here and Lily made our visit very pleasant. She explained their menu items and gave us great suggestions. It’s also great dealing with people who smile and have good customer service. Thank you Lily.

The atmosphere was good. Clean place, clean restrooms and a good vibe for a quick lunch at the mall.

Luna Grill at Del Amo Mall is exactly the kind of spot you want when you’re craving something fresh, flavorful, and fast. I had the koobideh plate and it was perfect—the beef was juicy and well-seasoned, paired with fragrant rice, warm pita, and a colorful salad topped with pickled onions (hello flavor!).

The menu is packed with Mediterranean favorites—bowls, salads, kabobs—and everything feels light but still satisfying. Service was quick and friendly, and the place is clean and comfortable with plenty of seating.

Highly recommend for a mall meal that doesn’t feel like “mall food.”

Been hearing about this chain. Decided to give it a try.
It was actually much better than what I was expecting. I thought it was going to Americanized version of Mediterranean food.
Although it was not authentic, it was decent.

Located inside the a Del Amo Mall in Torrance right by one of the entrance.
Plenty of seating. They have booths as well as regula seating. Their menu is simple. Pick the type of protein, pick two sides, then pick sauce. They also have bowls and wraps.
Also vegan and gluten free options available.
Service is fast and friendly.
Some tables weren’t clean so we wiped them ourselves.
But they were busy.
Prices are reasonable but a few dollars too much, imo.
Portions were decent for the price.
I would say overall, it’s a good place to eat…for pseudo-Mediterranean cuisine.

Had a great experience at Luna Grill. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. Everything tasted clean and well-prepared, especially the grilled items.

Big shout-out to Alexander for the excellent service—friendly, attentive, and made the visit feel welcoming. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do.

Solid spot for Mediterranean food. I’ll definitely be back!

I highly recommend this location, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by an employee named Savannah.
Even during peak hours, Savannah consistently goes above and beyond. On my last visit, I was on a tight break and had a question about food timing; she immediately and helpfully suggested the baklava, which was a perfect quick option.
What truly stands out is her attention to detail regarding dietary needs. Anytime I have an issue or a question regarding my allergies, she is knowledgeable and ready with great, safe options like the bowls, fries, or salad. Her recommendations ensure I always have a fantastic experience without any stress. She is a true asset to your team!

5 of us went for an early dinner.Food was healthy and delicious. You can choose your protein to add to your bowl, plate or salad. If you want, can make it vegetarian. Order at the counter, get cup for your drink which you serve yourself, and your food is brought to you. The Mediterranean Macro bowl had lots of goodies in it…salad greens, olives, hummus, quinoa, vinegared cucumber/tomatoes and a light lemony dressing. My favorite was taking the pita bread from my sister’s burrata peach salad and smearing the hummus and adding some olives. They also had desserts such as baklava and brownies. Ambiance is quiet, casual. Nice to be in a place where you can have a conversation.

The gnats weren’t just behind the register, they were at my table, orbiting me and my food like I owed them rent. Spending a couple minutes swatting and fanning the air than taking bites, is enough for me.

The hummus was gritty, not smooth like it should be. The gyro was overcooked and rubbery. I thought, did they give me the pieces from two days ago????? The pita bread was delicious, hot and somewhat toasty. Not enough given for the amount of overcooked and rubbery gyro. I’ll give them this: the fries were great. Hot, crisp, perfectly salted. The hibiscus drink was flat and lacked flavor. I guess meant to be healthy. The atmosphere was dark, heavy, and off. And the customer service was subpar. It came wrapped in those stretched, plastic smiles, the kind never meant to last, never meant for me. You know the type: all teeth, no warmth. Fake just long enough to secure the sale. They made a show of checking on every table around me except mine. Yes, I tipped her $5.00. I figured that’s the least I could give for the value of her acting, and for what I felt her trying so hard was worth.

By the time I left, I thought, first and last, no thank you, goodbye.

ok so i never write reviews, i just don’t have the time. but today… today i must. let me start by saying i don’t usually enjoy mediterranean food. it’s just not my jam. but today was something different. initially i wasn’t gonna order. i came here because my brother wanted luna, he’s a big fan. so we came here and i was gonna get a pretzel from auntie ann’s. the cashier asked what i wanted i said no thanks i don’t care for mediterranean. he said okay no problem but we have something for everyone… long story short he convinced me to get loaded fries with chicken… and oh my.. this might just be my new snacky spot when i’m in torance… fries- crispy and golden. spicy sauce- perfect amount of spice not too much not too little. onions- red and pickled but not too vinegar-y. tomatoes- crunchy and crisp, not soggy!! even when i ordered it i was on the fence because it was almost $14 but the portion and flavor made it more than worth it. honestly i’m willing to come back and try more because the flavor, speed, and atmosphere of this place rocks. especially its in the mall! the mall is so busy and insane but luna grill was calm and air conditioned. it was really busy but i still got the food in like 5 minutes and the server was patient. i learned they offer military discount too, and another note they don’t take cash but they do take apple pay and have gift cards! i didn’t have card but the cashier showed me how to buy an e-gift-card and i was able to make my purchase! hopefully they expand to oregon soon so i can have it back in my home state too! i’m curious to see how non mall locations operate

The location is nice, very modern and clean for the most part.

It is a Quick Service place so you order at the register and then they bring your food to the table.

The cashier could have been seen as rude but he was just very straight to the point and was ultimately helpful and whatever we asked he was able to accommodate. His tone was just very straight forward.

FOOD:

not pictured was the Loaded Fries.

We ate it so quickly because it was sooo delicious.

We got it with the Gyro meat and the flavors really come together with a savory, sour, spicy mix.

It was a hit at the table.

The fries were crunchy and the red onions were pickled nicely as well.

The spicy hummus is delicious and did not feel heavy or too oily which can be hard for hummus.

Gyro Meat and Koobideh Kabob Plate:

I ommited the salad for the pita and spicy hummus.

It was delicious! the tsatsiki sauce was perfect!

Both of the meats were juicy and well seasoned!

Not too salty or anything!

The rice was also cooked very well. I like my rice al dente and this rice was cooked just a bit more so it was nice and fluffy.

overall 10/10

Chicken and Gyro Meat Plate:

Gyro meat again delicious again. The chicken was the biggest test as I was worried it would be dry, but it actually retained the juice well and for being all white meat it was well cooked.

Santorini Bowl with Garlic Bonfire Shrimp:

Everything in this bowl comes to play and the teamwork is amazing! The shrimp was cooked very well! Juicy and the grill flavor comes through well! the pickled red onion, tsatsiki sauce, and cous cous go well together. We omitted the rice in favor of more greens which was no additional charge.

Overall the food was 10/10.

Service was 8/10 with just maybe a slightly more customer service tone, but let me just reiterate he was very helpful.

We asked for lemons for the waters and he did not even hesitate.

When my mom was trying to make some customizations to her bowl we kind of felt like it was too complicated but the guy at the cashier was like “lets give the lady what she wants” and then proceeded to say what we could do and we got it all done.

I would definitely recommend this place and give it 5 stars because overall the only miss was something that matched in intention but rough on delivery.
