Super friendly service – quick also. Tempting pastries and beautifully decorated cookies and desserts! I had a breakfast burrito – eggs, beans, cheese – very filling – very delicious. Compostable take out containers – amen!!!!

Ordered a BLT for lunch. Website says the sandwich includes avocado and was the reason I chose to order it for pickup. Picked up the item and there were the smallest slices of tomato and no avocado. 🙁

Came for brunch with friends, and it was busy when I went so seating was limited, but service wasn’t bad. Good food! But pricey for what it was. I ordered the crepe, scrambled eggs, and a vanilla iced chair tea. No photos because I was starving! Lol

The man who took my order (glasses, brown hoodie, no name tag) had to be told to take my order by a colleague, even though he was just standing behind the counter and his coworker was helping someone else. After taking my order, he said “you’re good to pay” and walked away, taking out his phone. No “Have a nice day” and didn’t get me my brownie. A second coworker came out of the kitchen shortly after and was not told to make my cappuccino, so I waited a few minutes before it was made. He was nice and apologized, grabbed my brownie when I asked him for it.

Placed an order online. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and asked if I was picking up an order. My order was ready for me and even though they were busy they still took time to assist with my Macron choices. I will visit again and maybe dine in this time.

The food here was delicious! My favorite thing is their Nutella and banana crepes, but their herb scrambled eggs were also fantastic! They also make a big effort to be eco friendly here, so supporting them supports our planet, too! I would totally recommend coming here for breakfast.

Pastries look great, say good morning, order, pay .. feel like I’ve had the most passive aggressive interaction at a store ever. So much attitude for no reason, and if you don’t mean “have a great day”, don’t say it, or at least have no attitude with it ♂️ .. if you don’t want to work on a register, perhaps find a new career path. I love Luna and love their food and their coffee. However, the amount of time it takes to get a coffee made (especially with one particular barista) is insane. They move at the speed of molasses, and take time to talk to other employees as if they aren’t doing anything at all and there’s not several people waiting.

10 stars for the rum cake. It was simple the most moist piece of cake I have ever had. The rating went down due to the hot chocolate not being very chocolatey and the employee working the floor talking to the other employees at the top of her lungs. I know some people are just loud talkers but this is a quiet bakery/cafe and everyone there didn’t need to know about her plans for the evening. Not very professional.
