The ONLY reason they get a 3 star instead of one, is the pool tables are $0.50 and they let my ESA dog in. Got my first beer (only serve beer) walking in, quickly (still took 5 minutes) was told to go wait at my table and they would come for my order. 45 minutes later they got around to taking my order (2 burgers with corn nuggets) waited another 45 minutes for it to show up, burgers seemed like frozen patties grilled. Arrived at 6:15, didn’t get our food till 7:45. The menu wasn’t kidding “we are NOT a fast food restaurant, our food is cooked as it is ordered. In a hurry, ask for ETA.”

The burger was really good, it’s not a fresh pattie but it was juicy. The tots crispy and held together well. We ordered the cowboy bites (not pictured)they were tasty, corn, bacon and cream cheese in a fried ball. Our waitress was great. Maria served BIG ol Beer mugs of ice cold, clean and refreshing full of Rocky Mountain refreshment from tap! Would definitely be back to try something else. I give it 4 star on the burgers because the frozen Pattie, but overall a 5 star because of everything else made up for it.

Coldest beer in the frostiest mugs around. Great food and atmosphere for a family, large group, or just a couple. Staff has always been friendly and they do not have the turn over that the fast food establishments do. So reliable and well managed business for sure!!

Excellent Bar and Grill type Food. Staff also does well. Consistent problem in long wait times due to the limited kitchen equipment. Owner needs to wake up that he needs to step up on the kitchen facility and thereby help his staff and customers. I think that is the root of the occasional concern about long waits.

I’m shocked this place has 4.5 stars. It did not live up to the hype. The food was bland and unimpressive. Our server was rude and not attentive. We came during a very slow time so there wasn’t a reason for her to not check on us periodically. I will never go back to this restaurant. So many better options for “bar and grill” type food in Great Bend.
