Emily was fantastic! She helped teach us how to axe throw and made the whole experience feel easy and fun, even for beginners. She was also our server and was incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly the entire time. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and cares about her customers having a great experience. We enjoyed a family evening with fun stuff for everyone. The beer selection is huge, tons of cans and bottles. The food was good but the tacos were fantastic!
We didn’t do axe throwing but enjoyed tons of pinball. All the employees were helpful. It was our first time in and they kindly explained everything they had.

We cannot get enough of Lumberjack Johnny’s! The food? Incredible. The beer? Spot‑on every time. The vibe? Absolute perfection. And the crew that runs this place—Emily, Wilson, Gerry, Dave, Chris, and Marie—are the real MVPs. They treat us like we’re part of the Lumberjack family the second we walk in. It’s basically Appleton’s very own Cheers… if Cheers had axes to throw and pinball machines begging for high scores. Solid 10/10, no hesitation

I brought my little brother here and we had a blast. Lots of different axes to choose from. Plenty of pinball machines to play. We used the digital ax throwing so we were able to play several different games. Would recommend.

Highly recommended stop for pinball fans in Appleton. 20+ well maintained pinball machines and change machines that take 1s, 5s, 10s, and 20s. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, there’s a good selection of local craft beer in cans, and they also have a kitchen at this location with great food. My wife and I had a blast while we were there, and we’ll definitely be coming back often.
