If I could give this 0 stars I would. Condensation was leaking for the air conditioning ducts,, and it wasn’t a little, right where they were bringing to food to the counter. Nobody wants that dripping on their food. They put pizzas and garlic knots on the warmers that were burnt and were upset when customers didn’t want them. The service was terrible as the kitchen staff had no customer service skills at all. Generally ignored us and we rude when we told them we didn’t want burn pizza or garlic knots. This is not what we would expect from or have ever experienced at Dollywood. My hope is Dolly gets this review and does something to correct it, as I know that she expects excellent A1 customer service.

Lumber Jack’s Pizza is fantastic! The place is very nice, clean, and welcoming, and the staff is super friendly. If you’re looking for something different, you’ve got to try the cheeseburger pizza—it’s delicious and unique! They even have live entertainment on Saturdays from 6-9! Definitely worth a visit.

This is south. They have horrible pizza and unnecessary longly lines because of inattentive staff. You are forced to eat bbq which is actually great in Dollywood. So, don’t waste your time with this place. If you are vegetarian, sorry again this is south.

The pizza was horrible. Domino’s or any pizza is way better. The drink machine is mostly out. The pizzas taste like freezer burnt pop tart. They are also single size small and are hard/crunchy.

I was looking for gluten free options. The menu said vegan and gluten free options. Because of the wording I asked the woman at the counter if I was able to get regular pepperoni and real cheese on a gluten free crust. She said I could. I said okay great because I definitely do not want vegan pizza. She let me know the custom order would take 17 minutes. Okay that’s fine. I confirm one more time that they will put real cheese and pepperoni on the pizza. She again confirms. So I wait. Around 30 minutes later my pizza comes out. One look and smell and it’s clearly not real meat or cheese. I take it back to her and she insists that it is. The guy from the kitchen comes out and I ask him. He looks confused and sends out a lady who may have been a manager. She informs me that the gf pizza is only available as also vegan. I’ve had vegan cheese. It’s disgusting. And the vegan pepperoni smelled like dog food. I eat dairy and meat regularly so this isn’t something I would have wasted my money or time on. I never would have ordered. That’s why I asked first. More than once. At this point it was near closing so I didn’t have time to find another food option. I watched my 10 family and friends eat their pizza and I went back to our cabin hungry with no dinner. If you need pizza with no gluten, dairy, or meat. Then this is the place for you. If you are only looking for gluten free then keep looking.

Located in a great location in park near coasters, for parents. Kid/teen friendly menu. Quick service. Plenty of seating, and easy access to drink machine unlike other areas. Pizza quality equal to microwavable products at $13 each. Would pay for picky child in future, but would not order again as adult.

Absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. I can’t even believe we paid for that! Gas station pizza is a Rockstar compared to this! Little Cesar’s, my least favorite pizza restaurant blows this place away. Who in the heck is enjoying this place and giving them good reviews? If there were zero stars that’s what this place would get. Absolutely disgusting, couldn’t hardly eat it. Threw most of it in the trash. Heck school pizza kicks this pizzas butt. We spent almost $50 on 3 pizza’s and 3 drinks. Nasty, stay away. They should be ashamed charging money for this garbage.

No organization to getting your pizza. It’s a free for all and the staff doesn’t seem to know what’s going on with the pizzas that were ordered. The pizza itself is good but they need a better system. Go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, I have a gluten intolerance. I was looking forward to a fresh, fire roasted gluten free pizza, but ended up with an over priced Dailya frozen pizza. My wife’s pizza had a cooked remnant of a scan bar. They refunded that pizza. Buyer be aware.
