So I ordered my food on Uber Eats and I’m dissatisfied to the point where I’m leaving a review. The food is bland and nothing exciting, I could make a plate of fajitas that would put this place out of business myself . I received beans Rice a flour tortilla and the steak with some skimpy onions and only green peppers (no red). This place up charges for everything and honestly that’s my motive for making this review, I hate when businesses are greedy. They charged nearly 3 dollars extra for just some sauce (I had to use my own hot sauce because I refused to pay extra and I honestly thought they would still give me them but were up charging for a bigger size) I paid nearly 3 bucks extra for a tiny container of guacamole which is totally ridiculous. They gave me no red sauce or green sauce…none. They also left out my Coke Zero, but again mistakes happen and I’m not made about that I’m more upset at how greedy this place is. I would not order again and I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Beautiful atmosphere, excellent food, big portions. Great drinks, love the cucumber chia. Fresh salsa bar. This place is so good that people might gatekeep it, but it’s too amazing to not praise. Better than barrio queen down the street.

I went middle of the day and was greeted by Lulu herself ! She was so kind and the burrito and salsas were excellent. If I lived in the area I would be eating here every week !!! So good !

Amazing mexican food, I ordered the quesabirrias and they were the best I’ve had in the area. Great service as well, family run business for over 30 years and you could tell. Very personable staff, who helped my great aunt find a less spice alternative to the enchilada sauce. Overall a great experience and if I lived here I’d be come here every night!! Highly recommend to anyone living in the area or anyone on vacation!

I ordered this morning from Uber Eats. Food was delivered to me at 1104am. I’m very disappointed. Uber Eats driver named William arrived at my place the bag is wet.The drink was spilled in the bag. The flour tortilla was also wet. No fork and spoon. A small portion of pozole was too small and not worth for price of 11.95

Loved the drinks and love Yvette…she’s the first one I met from this family and learned a lil about her family ran establishment. Definitely a staple in downtown Gilbert. So if you like REaL Mexican food and great drinks then lu lu’s is that spot!
