Lulu’s is a true neighborhood gem! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is beyond delicious. The gordita and alambre are absolute standouts, and everything else we have enjoyed here is delicious too. We love having this place in our neighborhood and hope it stays for a long time!

We ordered pastor tacos and chicken enchiladas. The tacos were awesome and served with homemade verde and roja salsa. The enchiladas were simply delicious. The restaurant was extremely busy but the food was well worth the wait.

Finding a late-night taco option for our wedding was way harder than I expected! After months of calls and emails with tons of taco trucks and taco bars, we finally found Lulu’s Salsa—and they ended up being an amazing choice!

I have Celiac disease, so finding someone who could accommodate gluten-free needs was a top priority. Lulu’s Salsa worked with us to make sure everything was safe for me to eat, which I so appreciated.

I stopped by one day after work to try some tacos, planning to just grab one chicken and one beef taco to share with my husband. While I was there, I saw a birria quesadilla on the menu and decided to grab that too. Lulu’s Salsa actually covered the tacos as a trial, which was such a thoughtful gesture! We also got to sample all their salsas—everything was absolutely delicious. Truly 10/10 tacos!

For our wedding, we went with ground beef and shredded chicken tacos (with all the toppings included), plus trays of Spanish rice, chips, and guacamole. We ordered 150 tacos total, and the pricing was incredible—all of that for under $700! Every other vendor we got quotes from was between $900 and $1,600, so this was such a win for us.

The only hiccup was on the day-of timing. We had planned for tacos to arrive at 9:00 p.m., but they didn’t get there until around 9:36 p.m. I had guests asking where the tacos were, and I ended up having to step off the dance floor to call and check in. It all worked out in the end, but I’d recommend they ask for a “day-of contact” for future weddings so someone other than the bride or groom can handle those details.

Overall, though, Lulu’s Salsa was wonderful to work with, and their food was outstanding. If you’re looking for delicious, affordable tacos for your event—especially if you have dietary restrictions—they’re 100% worth checking out!

Barely any food and what I did get was rice and lettuce and no meat in my burrito. My taco didn’t have much flavor and it took them a long time to make when there was 1 other person there

Found this restaurant randomly. Was taken by surprise by how fresh and hot the food came out. We enjoyed a carne asada burrito, birria tacos and carne asada fries. Definitely stopping by again. Staff was extremely kind, welcoming and attentive.

I went with a work friend for the first time today. We both really enjoyed our food. I had the quesabirria, which was different than I have had before as the tortilla was not dipped then fried like I thought it would be, but it was still very good. My friend had the chicken tacos, and he said they were the best that he had in quite a while.

It is counter service to order, then they give you an order number and bring it out to you. They were pretty quick, which was nice since it was a work lunch.

I am looking forward to going back for breakfast sometime soon as they had a nice breakfast selection. Really want to try their chilaquiles!

Spectacular spot in Energy Park!

The pork and pineapple in the al pastor tacos were deliciously charred, making for a mouthwatering first bite. I also tried a barbacoa huarache for the first time and was very happy with that—a layering of meat, beans, and salsa on top of a crispy, hand-rolled round of masa. Unsure of how to approach it, I had to ask for a knife and fork. But In Googling, I learned it’s a street food with no right way—rip it, scoop it, whatever. For the last few bites, I folded the masa and made something like half-open face sandwich, half-pizza/taco…anyway…!

Great quality food. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and approachable too. I hope they keep it up as customers flood in, and I’ll bet they will. Very new as of March 2024—they were still working on stocking napkins . The atmosphere is bright with ample seating.

I highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area looking for a hearty bite. They have special items on the weekends too, like red pozole soup. Oh, and very reasonable prices. I hope to be back soon. ¡Gracias Lulu’s!

New restaurant opened up near us, so we decided to try it. Got an Al Pastor taco, breakfast burrito and a breakfast bowl.

Taco was a well done street taco, could eat a dozen of those bad boys. Breakfast burritos was tightly packed with perfectly cooked eggs, meat of your choice, beans and cheese, got guac on the side. Could be a little bigger for the price. The bowl was loaded with guac, potatoes, cheese, eggs and meat of your choosing. Could use some more seasoning.

Overall we will be back for more menu items because everything looked fresh and delicious.
