Absolutely the best customer service. The food is also worth mentioning first! My order came out in less than 4 minutes during peak lunchtime. This restaurant has been consistently one of my favorites for over 20 years. You cannot go wrong here. Sichuan noodles are amazing, the egg rolls are delicious. The lunch specials are great too! My Absolute favorite dish is their Tom Kah Kai Soup with noodles!

Had lunch here today with four other guys. We eat here once every 8 weeks or so. I don’t always attend because I’m not sure what to eat. Today I ordered chicken fried rice with extra vegetables. It was perfect! Now that I know what I really like to eat here, I’ll be back. The other guys got the Thursday special whatever that is and I heard no complaints.

This is a good noodle place my Singapore noodle was good! Everyone else enjoyed their meal. Egg rolls a little greasy ( won’t get next time)

Years ago, this was the place to be. Next time someone comes in, and says, it’s been over 20 years, treat him with respect… I’m sorry, but you have lost my respect for the delicious food and service, this was my last time. I would have given a 1 star. But the past, was a 10. But the past is the past. Forget about it

The friendliest welcome when entering. The General Tso and Beef & broccoli were delicious. The plates were generously portioned. Best crab Rangoon I’ve ever had. All around two thumbs up

Our visit to Lulu’s Noodles and Rice was one of those dining experiences that really stays with you. We happened to arrive very late in the evening—almost right at closing time—and instead of being turned away or made to feel like a burden, the staff greeted us with warmth and kindness. They didn’t rush us, they didn’t cut corners; they welcomed us in as if we were their very first customers of the night. That level of genuine hospitality is rare, and it immediately set the tone for a memorable meal.

The food at Lulu’s was absolutely fantastic. The noodles were cooked to perfection with that ideal balance of chew and flavor, and the rice dishes were both comforting and full of depth. Every bite tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, as though the chefs wanted to make sure we had the best possible experience, even though it was the very end of the day. It never once felt rushed—if anything, it felt like extra care went into making sure we left impressed.

What struck me most was the atmosphere the staff created. Late-night meals can sometimes feel awkward, but here it was the exact opposite. The team was gracious, patient, and genuinely attentive, making us feel relaxed and welcome. They could have easily chosen convenience and asked us to come back another day, but instead they went above and beyond to give us the kind of service you don’t forget.

By the time we left, we were not only satisfied by the food but truly touched by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Lulu’s Noodles and Rice didn’t just feed us—they showed us what hospitality should feel like. That combination of great food and even greater people is what sets them apart.

If you’re looking for a place where both the flavors and the service shine, Lulu’s should be at the very top of your list. Whether you come in early, during a rush, or even close to closing time like we did, you’ll leave with a full stomach and an even fuller appreciation for a restaurant that truly cares about its guests.

Tasty food! Friendly and very fast service. I’m hooked on the Tom Kha Kai soup and the Egg Drop Soup. Always crowded inside and now I know why! Very fresh ingredients. Only problem is that they charge for everything. I was charged 1.00 extra to add extra green onions to my egg drop soup.
