It seems only select noodles are handmade, so ask if that’s what you want. The guy was very friendly and helpful, pointing out which dishes have handmade noodles (only two IIRC.) I chose the beef noodle soup bc it had handmade noodles, my partner got the stir fry noodles with Kung pao & something else. Mine was good (7/10) and she enjoyed hers but wasn’t overwhelmed. I’m not a huge fan of typical American-Chinese dishes–I prefer the authentic Chinese flavors. I did enjoy the noodles but the broth seemed to lack a depth that I typically find in this dish.
The service was perfect–helped us navigate the choices and pushed us towards the dishes we wanted. Food came out fast. This would be a staple if I worked around here, without a doubt. It feels that’s the target audience.
The vibes were a bit too similar to fast food for me to be comfortable. Although, I was put at ease by seeing a child doing homework – almost always a sign of an authentic Asian restaurant (and the reason why I gave them a shot.) It’s cafeteria style, so perfect for quick grabs during lunch.

First time here – Friday night dinner. Love the hand-made noodles! We liked everything but the hot & sour soup, which we thought lacked flavor. Spicy beef and spicy tofu were excellent, udon noodles and pineapple chicken – very good. The level of heat was perfect for us, didn’t have to add anything. Cafeteria style dining room was pleasant and quiet. Fast friendly service, but the menu is a little confusing for first-timers like us.

This place has a little more authentic punch in their flavors than your typical Chinese restaurants. The noodles were tender, spicy tofu had good flavor with a hint of szechuan peppercorns (could use a touch more IMO), cold beef was a tiny bit tough but the flavor was there, and the soup had that little bit of zing. Push your taste boundaries a little bit here with reasonable prices. Clean interior and friendly staff.

Luke’s Noodle House is fantastic! The walnut shrimp is perfectly coated and balanced between sweet and savory. The shredded cold chicken is refreshing and flavorful. The fried chicken wings are a must – crispy, juicy, and packed with delicious garlic flavor. The beef dish is also excellent: tender and full of flavor. Highly recommend!

Tl;dr: Great tasting (and oily) food with a friendly price tag and very friendly staff.

I found out about this shop in maybe October (3 months ago) by a flier dropped off to my job. It included a menu and a cutout coupon for the first meal. I decided to try it out for lunch one day and was blown away.
I like to tell people “It’s like if Panda Express was good and had real Chinese food.” but that still doesn’t do the food justice. The thing that caught my eye initially is that they have mapo tofu. I’ll tear up a good mapo tofu (if you get the mapo tofu be careful to keep your takeout bag relatively level as the oil will spoil out if the box and into the bag). Later I tried their handmade noodles which have a very satisfying texture. I enjoy the three cup chicken, but haven’t found a third thing I’m in love with yet, and am trying out the other options. I will say that a lot of the food is pretty oily. This isn’t a bad thing on its own, but just be aware of the amount of oil you’re eating, because I can eat for the whole day on one order from this place.
I’ve come here pretty frequently until the recent past and the staff are very kind.
The cherry on top of this restaurant is the price they ask for a standard 3 piece meal. The 2 topping 1 entree option is $13. For the quality and amount of food I’m very happy with this restaurant overall.

I ate here 2 days in a row during their soft opening 10/29 and 10/30/25. Each time the restaurant was clean, the food was good and the staff were friendly. I was anxious to try it out because I was told that the part-owner and chef was actually a chef in China. Consequently I expected good food, authentic Hong Kong style food and reasonable prices given its locale. All expectations were pleasingly met. I recommend this small but bright and comfortable restaurant to anyone looking for good Chinese food. To all my vegetarian friends, rest assured they can make many of their menu choices without meat to order. I give it five stars and expect it will meet or exceed that standard as time goes on. Yummmm!!!

We ordered two of the 3 entree plates to go, to try a variety of the food available. The hand made noodles are very good, as is the rice, and most of the other items we got were delicious (Teriyaki chicken was just okay). The staff was helpful, and the location clean and nicely decorated. The biggest problem is that it’s in the same complex as the very popular hot pot place and Asian market, so parking is a issue.

I only leave reviews for places that are truly special. This place is just that. Do not be fooled, this place knows what they are doing and you can taste the passion in their food. We got the yellow noodles, beef with zucchini, spicy tofu, and spicy beef. While the spicy dishes themselves were not “hot spicy”, they had the most wonderful flavors and were cooked to perfection. While the food is under lamps upon display, they made one of the dishes fresh for me. Either way, under lamp or not, the food was cooked perfectly and was fresh.

We also got the brisket pulled noodles and wow. It’s a simple dish but with complex flavor and the price cannot be beat. At around $29, our party of 2 was quite satiated. We need the community to come out here and try out this place!
