Not filling even the 6 OZ didn’t do it for me. Forgot to bring out my side of chips and also the Soup was cold we got it reheated but it really wasn’t that good. Got the lobster Bisque and it was too fishy clearly been there for a while. The only thing that was good was the location right in the heart of Bethesda and also the lobster was tasty but got 4 Lobster Rolls 2 lobster bisques and 2 drinks roughly around $180 for everything. I would say Oyster bar has better servings and for similar price but you get a lot of fries with it to fill you up. Overall was it good yes but would I come again, no.

Excellent crab and chowder! I got the 6oz crab roll, chowder, a long with the Maine Root Root Beer. The crab roll is served cold, but you can ask for it to be heated if I’m not mistaken. They have outdoor seating available and the staff if kind and knowledgeable! I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in the area.

This place is really good recommend to visit. It is a bit on the pricier side but these are delicious rolls I have ever eaten. Thought the sandwiches would be warm sandwiches, but were cold. It’s okay, still was good.

UPDATED: Great lobster! I like this place better than Mason’s but only wish they had a “warmer” (obviously not a Connecticut style) style year round. The location is a bit tricky to get to if you’re just picking up for a to-go order, but worth the wait if your travel home is close by. The lobster is showcased very well and has tremendous flavor.

Very good and kind service. The food was great, we ordered lobster and crab rolls. They were delicious, very good taste and quality. Indoors the place does not have much space and I find that the rolls was just a bit pricey for their size. The tables could be cleaner. Either way, we enjoyed our lunch there and we will return soon.

The worst lobster rolls I have ever had. There is NO favor. Clam chowder is okay, I guess. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

So, 6/24. I was at an event and heard about this place. I wanted to try it because of the reviews. Let’s just say that didn’t happen. I was so embarrassed and felt like the color of my skin played a part. I had cash on hand and didn’t make it to the bank to deposit. I place my order and proceed to pay in cash. I tried to use my card it didn’t work. I was short only 40 cents. And asked if I could give the 40 cents. The gentleman says our safe is closed and we don’t do cash. I know Bethesda is a high-end community and people look down on those that are working-class and people of color. And, because I was trying to at least give a tip with my order that is why the card wouldn’t go through. The answer to paying in cash once again is “Our safes are closed”. I wanted to deposit the money and come back. But, I decided to not do that and took my business elsewhere.

Just Incredible ! This is literally one of the best things I have ever eaten. Never had a lobster roll before, stopped into this location in Bethesda and was greeted by a guy who explained the menu. The 6oz roll was a huge portion, overflowing with juicy lobster meat. The lemon butter really set it off! Staff was super nice too!
