Absolutely amazing food and such a hidden gem! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The tacos were packed with tender, juicy meat and topped with fresh cilantro and onion and the salsa options were incredible (the green one had the perfect kick ).
The rice and beans were delicious and clearly homemade, and the nachos were loaded and so satisfying. Even the hot dog was next level with all the toppings! You can tell they put real care into their food.
Portions were generous, prices are very reasonable, and the flavors are authentic and bold. We will definitely be coming back this is our new go-to taco spot!

I don’t recommend this place. Every time we come, they mess up the order and add extra tacos we didn’t ask for. Since they don’t give you a receipt when ordering, you don’t realize what you’re being charged extra until the food arrives… and it’s wrong.
We gave it three chances and won’t be coming back. There are much better Mexican food options nearby.

I highly recommend Luis’s tacos and quesadillas for an authentic Mexican food experience. The flavors are incredibly rich and true to tradition, making every bite a delight. Their tacos are perfectly seasoned and packed with fresh ingredients. The quesadillas are wonderfully cheesy and expertly prepared. This establishment truly offers the best authentic Mexican food in town.

Me and my family have been following Luis and his wife since they first started working in a small Carniceria in downtown Royse City and then to serving their awesome food from their house and now to both their food trailers. The food is fresh and made with love because you can taste it in every bite. We live his tacos and quesadillas filled with bistec and all the other menu items are straight

Update: Went with the wife to get more tacos when they were scheduled to be open and arrived and they were indeed closed. Management needs to ensure that hours of operation are posted and actual.
We stopped at Luis Tacos and wow – incredible! I ordered a steak burrito, a pastor taco and a Barbacoa taco and everything was fantastic. Some of the best flavors in Mexican street food I’ve tasted. We will be regulars.

Best Authentic Street Tacos East of the Metroplex and I’m willing to say they’re definitely in my top 3 in all of DFW! Their prices aren’t bad either. Spent about $25 for 8 tacos and a drink! Definitely my new favorite spot to eat when in Royse City!!

For it’s highly rating. It’s okay, don’t let the pic fool you, I wouldn’t come again! First of all the guy who took our order very ugly attitude, not good customer service! The nachos were a disappointment chips were stale, they tasted weird! The fajita meat was more fat than actual meat, hardly no cheese. The burrito was okay it was more full of rice then meat and again it was more fat then meat, we got bistec and it was very hard to chew on. The carnitas were a no go, el suadero flavorless had a boiled flavor with no seasoning. Their chorizo was the only meat that was good. The place overall is nice, relaxing and clean, and the food was okay. Needs improvement in flavor, meat quality and better customer service!

Phenomenal, Every Sunday we eat Chilaquiles. This Sunday we tried Luis! It’s was the best. Service was fast and friendly. The person that takes orders usually was cleaning of tables so the person on the grill turned around and grabbed my order. Came out quick and was still hot when I got home! Can’t wait to try their street tacos next!

Outdoor seating can be tough in Texas, and it is here as well, but the food is great and the people are nice. While we were there, they were handing out free melon flavored drinks. Overall good experience.
