I did not appreciate the service. I ordered a orange slushi with ice cream on top and it was not tasteful at all. I asked for another ice cream to replace it & i was denied with an attitude.. The slushi did not have a slushi texture .. juice really . It tasted like straight corn syrup and artificial flavors . Won’t be supporting this business no more .. least they can do replace my ice cream for another..

Terrible experience here will never go back after this and I’ve been coming here since a child. The lady behind the counter happened to get a whiff of marijuana due to someone smoking outside and proceeded to question me if I was smoking inside of the ice cream shop, of course me being of darker complexion she pointed the finger at me as I was next in line to order. I immediately told her how could I be smoking I’m right in front of you. I instantly left afterwards no way I’ll give her my money, absolutely unprofessional and down right racist behavior. Will not recommend anyone going here. The whole atmosphere of the place was off she just didn’t have a welcoming attitude utterly disgusted by this experience. Change the staff

The ice cream is sufficient and average, but it’s a very nice location and a long time fixture in the neighborhood. Locals love to come here and line up for their favorite flavors (I’m one of them). There’s plenty to choose from, a humble atmosphere to enjoy and although there isn’t any seating, there’s ample space to move around.

I was here today with my service dog, who had proper identification and up to date service animal certification and a gentleman in a wheelchair who identified himself as the owner stated that my dog could not be on the premises and proceeded to get vulgar and aggressive with my service dog and I. I could have made a bigger deal and called the police on this establishment but out of respect to the man in the wheelchair I chose to leave. I am a healthcare provider and I have never seen such atrocious/negligent treatment of any body specially coming from someone with clear physical disabilities. He should be ashamed of himself! I will be contacting Mayor Stack regarding this establishment and their negligent customer service.
