I got a delivery from uber eats and had my wife call ahead to ask if we could get the wings all flats and well done!! The person who answered the phone literally said yes but completely ignored our request!! All he had to say was no!! Pizza is cold and so are wings! I guess trying new places really isn’t worth it for the price of 54 dollars for 2 people!!

“Large” pizza effected by shrinkflation. Food quality is not what it used to be. Skimpy on the marinera on the pizza aswell.
The Atmosphere on the exterior needs improvement. So much trash in the parking lot. The landscape looks terrible aswell.
The service was great! The staff very friendly and did a great job.
My wife and I always visited this place when we were in town. I hope it goes back to it’s formal glory.

Antipasto salad was delicious and would definitely recommend. Chicken Piccata & Veal Marsala – protein in each was chopped up – would prefer to see it on top of the pasta to see how much Im getting.
Steak was a good size and cooked to perfection. Chicken Parm was also a good size and tasty.
Cannoli shells were not filled completely and were just ok.

We arrived about an hour before close and there was no wait. Huge portions, extremely friendly service and nice atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Sat in the bar. Maria served us and worked the bar as well. Lots of food. Antipasto salad – small one was huge. 3.50 beers.had the prime rib and side of pasta – taking the pasta home. Definitely a comeback for us. Great job!

I did try to call twice, each time sent to voicemail where I couldn’t leave a message because the mailbox was full. The owner did reach out to me; however was rude. I couldn’t believe it. You asked me to call, I call and you’re rude? At some point one has to realize the Luigis of our time is gone and never to return. I wont be darkening their doorstep again and my advice you shouldn’t either.
I am so disappointed. The pizza had the taste of cardboard with cheese on it. Very little sauce. I ordered 2 XL Pizza’s and according to the AI person on the phone I was supposed to get a free large cheese pizza. When I went to pick up, I was told no, you don’t get that deal if you order XL you have to order a large to get the free large pizza…..but I ordere a XL….ok whatever. She did try to make it right by having them put a pizza in the oven for 8 minutes. Honestly a total waste of my time! The cheese pizza was the worst! I should have asked for my money back, especially since the teenagers in my house said how terrible it was and only ate one piece. I won’t be back.

The service was great but the food was not. The salad was iceberg lettuce with two pieces of cucumber and two cherry tomatoes and that was the best part of the meal.
I ordered a T-bone steak medium rare. For $30 I would expect a steak that was more than an 1/8” thick but no it was thin and came out gray with no pink and so heavily salted that the flavor, if it had any, was obscured. I sent it back and asked to replace it with the prime rib special. My dining partner had ordered the same thing and hers was at least half an inch thick and perfectly cooked. What they brought me I wouldn’t feed to my dog.
My husband ordered lasagna. Everyone in our party had been served and was halfway through their meal before they brought out the cold, unappealing casserole that passes for lasagna at this place.
The service was great but we won’t be back.

When we arrived there was a party of 5 ahead of us. We were told it’ll be about 25 minutes before we could be seated. 5 minutes later we were seated. We were given menus but that’s the last we saw of any server. No drink or food orders were taken. No one came to our table. After 25 minutes of not being waited on we walked out. There were people at the table next to us that were waiting for containers for their left overs. There appeared to be 2 different servers in the whole restaurant.

We loved the food at Luigi’s. I had the carbonara, pizza and wings on wing night. We went twice and enjoyed all the food each time.
What was not good was the price change on happy hour ( all day happy hour). $2.50 happy hour for beers, the second time it was 4.50. The server indicated it was where we were seated. Bogus if you ask me.
I will try again once I can figure out where and when at Luigi’s the happy hour is.
Stopped again for the carbonara and wings 11/24. Food was very good, loved the rolls. Asked to be seated in the bar area for happy hour. Miller lite still 4.50. Not sure if they have a happy hour any longer. I enjoy the food so we will be back, just no beers.

I decided to take a me day as my plans fell through with my son on my birthday. So instead of a pity party, I went out and got my hair done and then decided to stop at Luigi’s and treat myself for a late lunch. Which I have to say made my day. The hostess was attentive and sat me quickly in a nice area. My server by the name of Katy was a pure joy! Simply a happy lady who took care of my every whim, I felt like a princess, quite literally, loved that! Katy brought me a nice glass of iced water and to my surprise they actually had Riesling which made my day. We went over some specials and those were quite nice and very tempting. I was hungry for a Fra Diavolo , but settled for the Puttanesca seafood and they made it spicier for me, smothered in clams, muscles! Jumbo shrimp, and scallops, ( when it arrived it was missing the scallops , but they realized their error and Katy promptly had the kitchen make it quickly to my plate , I was not disappointed. Smothered in a lovely marinara with capers , karmala olives, over linguine ! The fresh baked garlic bread hot and spiced to perfection. I forgot to mention the Caesar salad served first, I requested anchovies which for some reason is rare to get in your dressing now a days for a salad that was made for just that purpose, Katy got my anchovies added to my salad! Thank you Katy! At the end as I was literally fat and happy! Katy and the staff surprised me with a delicious and creamy cannoli with chocolate chips for my belated birthday, the best I have had since my trip to Boston many years ago! I have to say you can’t go wrong at Luigi’s! Bravo y Tutti latavalo a manjarle! (Pardon the spelling) but Mama would be proud!!
