We’re sat immediately and had bread and drinks within 5 minutes of arrival. Had food on table within 30 minutes of arrival. I ordered prime rib and it was excellent. Followed up with homemade red velvet cake. Was very affordable and food was good. Will definitely be back.

Wow, I had heard mixed reviews of this place since January, but I was not disappointed! I talked a good friend into coming here because I had a hair appointment and we loved it! Everything we ordered from the appetizer sampler to seafood alfredo was perfect. Sizes were also generous portions, sides included were also good size. Staff were friendly and did not mind that we spent such a long time eating and visiting. Thank you Antigo, my old hometown, for welcoming Luigi’s….its a keeper.

Arrived to the restaurant at 6:40 pm. 20 minute wait for a booth, which was fine. Got to a table finally at 7:15 pm. Waitress came, we ordered our food since we had time to think about what we were having. Sampler came at 8pm. We waited longer and the waitress never came back to our table since she brought our appetizer. Finally at 8:40 no food arrived to our table. After trying toocate our waitress we got our bill and paid for what we did get and wad told that two cooks called in and our food still was not started. If there are not enough employees to serve your customers the restaurant should just be closed.

Pizza is only good if you like sweet sauce, thick crust that is supposedly, thin. And then like to wait an hour and a half for a pizza on a Wednesday night. I have had better frozen. Service was ridiculously poor. Gave the terrible bar tender a good tip 50%, he will be unemployed shortly. Just don’t.

Food was wonderful and server was friendly and efficient. A bit expensive and the server brought the bill early which was fine, but then offered boxes after a few mins and we were obviously still eating. She then asked to take our bill for us. Made us feel very rushed, even though was done with a smile.

Literally THE best food and dining experience that I have ever had. Started with fresh Italian bread with oil for dipping, then for a fabulous main dish, I had seasoned spaghetti with buttered mushrooms and garlic….SO well done and positively delicious.
Teramasui for desert was the icing on the cake of this perfect Italian meal. Great service, amazing food, I can barely wait to come back. Counting the seconds til there’s an actual vegetarian section on the menu!

My experience was not satisfactory. First of all not much choice of potatoes. French fries and twice baked only. Also the ladies were given doubles at the table were we ate. Singles at the bar. Double drinks should not be given to anybody unless it is requested by the customer. Very cold in the bar area. One other thing bread should offered with perch and haddock fish fries. Very unsatisfactory probably will not visit again.

Average food and Service. The part that disappointed me and will make it so I never go back is that they charge a 3.75% convenience fee if you use a credit card. This was not disclosed by the server when she took my card to charge it. That is a cost of doing business. Shame on them. I will never set foot in there again!

We have been to Luigi’s in Shawano and was excited to hear one was coming to Antigo. Unfortunately it will be our last visit for a long time if ever. We were seated right away, (that’s the one star). After we were seated, there were 4 tables seated after us. Three of the four tables were acknowledged by their server and received beverages.After waiting 20 minutes with a 2 year old. Still not even getting a “Hi, I’ll be right with you” or acknowledgement of any kind. So we decided to leave. Then tried to find the hostess, then tried the bartender and also was ignored, decided to look for the hostess again, found her and asked to speak with a manager and she disappeared…again. I hope others don’t have the same experience. They definitely need A LOT more training.

Walking in with a party of 4, the hostess was flustered upon asking if we had a reservation. It seemed as though they were shocked we didn’t, not to mention they weren’t even that busy! When they figured out where to seat us, they didn’t have any menus. After they scrambled to get us a seat, they sat us in a booth with drenched seats. We asked for a different table in which they gave us. We were sat in the back which was fine but the table next to us was extremely intoxicated and kept being served. One gentleman stood up and almost fell into another table next to him yet the server kept serving him and his large party of 10+.
When we got our food, we were extremly dissatisfied. The salads had a small slice of tomato & a slice of cucumber. The mixed greens were also warm which was gross! The alfredo was a thick milk sauce and the pan fries red snapper was covered in sweet onions and ONLY tasted of onions. The stuffed shells didn’t have your usual manicotti filling and let alone there were only 5 shells and about a pound of cheese. The seafood alfredo was subpar, the seafood was good but the sauce wasn’t at all. Our bill was over $80 and definitely will be the last amount of money spent here. We don’t mind paying top dollar for quality food but this wasn’t anywhere near quality food.
