Called an order in- 2 pizzas, mozzarella sticks, and a Caesar salad. Price was extremely reasonable! Service was great and the food was ready within the 10 minute time frame given. My family and I loved every bit and this became our new favorite place for pizza. The marinara sauce is a little sweet, the dough was fresh, and they were generous with the toppings.

The atmosphere of this place was nice, and the young lady who took my order was amazing. She was such a sweetheart and very honest. It was my first time there, and I really appreciated her great service.
Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. I ordered the fish and fries, but the fish didn’t taste right at all. It had a strange, stale batter flavor. It smelled like fish, but the taste was off. It was overcooked, burnt, and didn’t even look like fish, more like fried dough heck in fact it looks like chicken. Fish do not shape or look like that at all! The fries were the only thing that tasted good.
I ended up wasting $21 just to eat the fries, which was really disappointing. The prices here are definitely on the higher side. Next time, I’ll make sure to read the reviews before ordering from a restaurant, especially one with a 2.3-star rating.

I’m glad I walked into this place. Great customer service the young lady is learning but she is doing great the young man cooking madew the best Hawaiian pizza in town. I love to support small businesses. Keep going guys aven with all the bad reviews you can improve and grow. I recommend Luigi’s Pizza! The price is great!

They have burgers on the menu but will NEVER make them for you. Not only that but they always forget something or just refuse to pay attention to the ingredients. One time I got lasagna and they didn’t add mozzarella on top OR in it but I let it go because they were new.
Still relatively new so If y’all could get it together, you could really THRIVE. Your food isn’t bad at ALL but without consistency and not getting everything I ordered, theres always someone missing their food when we get it and that sucks.
Never received my refund for my burger either (The girl who answered was rude) and it’s been almost a month. Offered to fix both burger issues tonight so I will update if yes.
**Edit, talked to a wonderful employee named Zach that not only offered to remake my burgers but also accepted responsibility for the mixup despite it not being his fault. Great customer service (on his part so I raised it to a 4 star) and I DID in fact receive my refund. All in all, Def try their calzones y’all, they are great. Hopefully soon I’ll go in so Zach can make me that burger.

This was our first time here, and right off the bat the gentleman that took our order was very kind and gave my little one a candy which was nice, they do seems to offer quite a bit of items from a salads, subs, calzones, wings and pizzas of course, they do have a snack section which looks like fire. The pizza was great , had a nice Parmesan crust to it. If you’ve never tried it, I most definitely give you a try at least once.

I ordered bone-in wings and received boneless, half-seasoned, and dry wings instead! When I called to report the issue, they offered me to snack on them, and I said that’s not what I ordered or want. They told me the driver would deliver my wings soon, but they never showed up, and now they close in 2 hours. Don’t let the 2.8 star rating fool you. This place is definitely a 2.8 star pizzeria. Apparently Luigi’s son delivered our pizza to our wedding party. Ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas & 1 cheese with a Mac n cheese bites. We asked if change was available since the order was $72 and we had a $100. Luigis dad mentioned his son would have change. Well low and behold Luigi’s son brings 3 cheese pizzas and 1 pepperoni pizzas and claims to have no change. Luigi’s son had a mouth on him so ain’t no way he’s getting a $27 dollar tip. Told him find change and he basically said to kick rocks and proceeds to sell the pizzas to randoms outside of the hotel Valencia on the river walk. We asked him if he was serious and he responded with “my daddy’s the owner”. Mind you this was for a wedding party. Luigi and his son deserve 0 stars because we sure as hell didn’t order an attitude with our wrong order. Terribly service, they make little Cesar’s look like a Michelin pizzeria.

There was a spectrum gentleman telling me that this was the best pizza in the city, Lord have mercy how wrong he was. The place is full of cheap Nintendo stickers and there was a child screaming and crying in the back. I came here for the first time and never in my life would I have thought I would get a bad Pizza. I do not exaggerate when I say this is the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life, and the photos will speak for themselves. The pizza lacked flavor and tasted slimy and Soggy. I do not recommend this place. I hope Nintendo sues this place for using their licensed characters. I do not understand how this place has been open for less than 2 weeks, yet there are five star reviews over 3 weeks ago. As of me writing this review, it is friday, May 9th, and the restaurant opened on May 1st. Once again, this is the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life, and I hope this restaurant gets shut down and sued by Nintendo.

I called the store and was told there were no drivers available so I got my order from food dash and when I received it I have to say this is the worst place in San Antonio to get pizza! The pizza was extremely BURNT. Half of the pizza was super soggy and slimy and just tasted like they took the lid off the basil seasoning and just loaded it on there and the other half was black and burnt.
The Alfredo pasta was small and watered down and big enough for a toddler to eat that was almost $14
And the wings tasted like they were store bought like frozen wings
So I called the store back and spoke with Xavier when I explained my issue with him he said to bring the pizza back and he would make another one I told him that I don’t have a vehicle and that was the whole point of getting it delivered
He legit stayed quite for a good 2 minutes lol I had to ask him okay soo is there anything that can get done tomorrow if I get a ride and he said yeah sure just come in the store lol
Please dont waste yall time
