We absolutely loved Luigi’s The food was incredible! So fresh, full of flavour and served in generous but reasonable portions. The atmosphere was lively and warm. It was super busy when we arrived, but despite the crowd, our meals came out surprisingly quickly, which was a great bonus.

Duck & Mushroom Ravioli is full flavoured and a spoon needed to enjoy all the sauce.
Risotto Marinara includes lots of seafood, with rice having a perfect bite.
Traditional deserts available. Coffee was our closure. Will be back, again.

Great Italian restaurant on the Esplanade across the road from the beach in Torquay. There is a take away section and a dine in area. We dined in, food was delicious and staff very friendly and attentive. Great place if you want authentic Italian food. Italian chefs

We arrived for lunch on Saturday, our first time in Torquay.
My Wife ordered the Seafood Risotto, and I ordered the soup off the Specials Board, Zuppa di pesce.
WOW both meals were absolutely spectacular. In fact my Zuppa is THE BEST meal I have had this year!
There was so much, perfectly cooked, seafood loaded into both the dishes.
Please put this permanently on your winter menu. Amazing.

A huge thank you to Nicholas and his team for truly saving the day at short notice when our original plans for a 60th Italian Long Lunch fell through. Within just a week, the team at Luigi’s managed to seamlessly accommodate 40 guests and deliver a shared menu that left us absolutely filled to the brim.
The wine was exceptional, the food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. Care and attention was also taken for dietary requirements without hesitation or question. Every detail was handled with such care and professionalism and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.
