Gluten free heaven! The food was amazing, they could make practically anything listed on the menu gluten free which is always a treat for me. Being celiac, it’s always hard to find good gluten free food. I was blown away by the calamari, buttery soft and the taste of the other meals we got was delightful. I will absolutely be back!

Delicious food. Warm bread and gardiniera served with our meal. We chose the daily specials….lemon sole and chicken milanese. Absolutely delicious. Great Apricot sours. Every guest is treated like family. You will never feel a pressure to hurry your stay.

We had a retirement dinner for my 2 friends who just retired. I have not been here in about 30 yrs. Obviously, the place changed a lot. It was 12 of us for dinner. The restaurant is very well decorated, and the menu is extensive. The service was impeccable. They are really on the ball, and not that this matters, but each waitress is very beautiful. We had family style appetizers that were out of this world. For dinner, I had Zuppa de Pesh. It was stupendous. Great menu, great wine menu, great desserts. You can’t go wrong with this restaurant 5 stars.

Good food but service can be better. Received a cold reception when we walked in with kids. Kids had their tablets so they were busy and not bothering anyone just to be clear. No one bothered checking in with us during the meal if it was good or if we needed anything. Were handed a check without checking if we were done with our meals. Bit of a condsending nature from most of the staff. I appreciate deceny and respect over good food. Mind you I spend over $350. So you be the judge.

Very cute Italian restaurant with charm and character. A bit tight on the seating. Table for 4 was very “intimate”. Food was great! Good portions. We all had 1 drink which were all good. 3 apps all good. Marinated peppers & mozz, dream salad, tiny garlicky shrimp. Entrees were great and they plated shared entrees separately, nice touch. Chicken savoi x 2, Eggplant parm, fresh papardelle w/seafood ($38). Ask the waiter how much the specials are because that’s dumb. The only complaint was the ridiculous prices. $300 all in for dinner for four. Silly $10 transaction fees. Check menu on their website for updated pricing. It’s not about food costs these days so makes you wonder why a suburban restaurant is so overpriced. Normally cheap dishes are now $28 like penne vodka or simple pastas. So I wonder why a restaurant would price gouge like this? It’s a big turnoff.

The food was excellent and well worth the wait. The manager came over to make sure we were enjoying our meal. The mixed vegetables in the marinated vinegar dressing with the delicious bread and good conversation helped with the wait. My poached Salmon, fried mashed potato item and broccoli were cooked to perfection. My boyfriend’s veal parmessan was thin and so tender. I tasted his and loved it also. This was our first time here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. We will be coming back for sure.

Luigi’s is a restaurant I’ve been going to many years with my family. They recently renovated their dining area and it really stepped up the ambiance of the restaurant. The food is just top. Dishes I recommend are the pork chops, penne vodka, and fettuccine con arrogosta. The creme brûlée was amazing as well. Service has always been good by the staff.

Our family gathered for a repast on January 13th and the team at Luigi’s led by Jose did an outstanding job. The food bested our groups expectations and the venue was top notch, clean and well decorated. Tough day but the lunch at Luigi’s allowed for some quality time with family. Highly recommend the restaurant and Jose will treat you well.

The service and atmosphere is nice. However, I eat out most nights and Italian is one of my favorites. Their marinara is bland and pasta was like mush. If you think this place is good, try Novelli’s in Wayne, you won’t come back here!
